The springtrap with the huge head is still William Afton (Springtrap/Purple Guy) , After Fazbear's Fright Burnt up he ended up looking like that 17:41.
Basically the springtrap from Fnaf 3 and the huge head springtrap ( that is called Scraptrap/Afton) are the same person.
Also the animatronic alusinations from fnaf 3 are called Phantoms and Molten Freddy is Ennard, How you ask?

Yeah you shouldn't really watch fan-made content unless you have a very good understanding of the lore, and because some people make their own interpretations of the lore and if they're a youtuber who is capable of making a music video they might end up using their interpretations of the lore in their visual telling of events in the video

Oh my god yes do it includes stuff from all over the fnaf franchise from the games to the VR and AR games, Fnaf World which was a spinoff with other small ridiculous mini-games inside the game. (like Fnaf 57: Fnaf in space where at the end you fight Scott Cawthon's disembodied head while he's "TRYING to work on Fnaf in space and more fnaf games". And Chica's rainbow adventure.) And even the books all while using a remix of one of the most popular Fnaf fan songs created.!!!
