If I don’t declare my PRC license since it’s already expired 2019 and had no chance to renew as I’m working in Ireland and no representative na pwed magprocess ng verification sa PRC if ever and if I will not fill out form 3F, would it be an issue that I graduated 2012 and not declare my PRC license for the NYSED application? Has anyone been rejected for eligibility who has the same situation? Thanks sa mga sasagot.

Nclex exams won't bother you or be a problem if you work with someone like Mrs Sophia... She's God sent, she saved me from taking the test for the 6th time

Sir question po. Nagkamali po ako ng click dun sa “Do you now hold, or have you ever held an license…” NO po ang na sagot ko kaya di ako nakapag provide ng PRC license. Pero nakapag process ako ng FORM 3F. Magkaka problema po ba yun? Di ko na ba pwdng i edit yun? Thank you po!

I attended 3 schools sa elementary and 2 schools sa high school. question 1: sa elem and HS level, should I write down first yung latest school where I graduated and add the other schools? or Hindi na e-declare ang other schools? question 2: sa high school, the school where I graduated from change its name dahil naging college na siya. should I write sa form yung OLD name ng school or yung NEW name ng school? sa diploma ko kasi nalagyan nila ng middle initial ang name ko so when I had it reprinted, ang nilagay nila is the new name ng school. or pwede po kaya yung old diploma ko nlng e-attach dahil sa TOR ng nursing program nakalagay din dun na I had removed the middle initial ng name ko sa school credentials (both ng HS and college)?

Hi po, I am planning to take the nclex maybe this year and I am having trouble with the application. I am filling up the nysed form 1 and on the personal information part the first name cannot exceed more than 15 letters, I have 2 first names and it has 16 letters. It says there that the name should be exact with the files and ID’s I will provide. What should I do? I can’t proceed with my application with my name exceeding the limit.

It is the school’s nursing curriculum that makes it comparable, somewhat comparable, and not comparable. Kung may NCLEX ka na, regardless of your NNAS result, madali ka na lang makakapag RN. Pero dapat ang NCLEX mo as April 2013 onwards.

Regarding the payment, will it go through if I will be using my BPI DEBIT card in peso payment?
fill up 1st po ung form 2 and form 3 and make sure po na narecieve na ni NYSED ung mga sinend nyong form2 and 3 bgo mag proceed sa form1. DEBIT CARD is NOT accepted po in paying, CREDIT CARD lang po ang accepted. Sa course na Child abuse and Infection control mu lang po pwede ipang bayad ung Debit Card.

You can directly apply for NYSED without CGFNS.

Hi! Thanks for this video. I just need to ask, what will happen if you pause filling out the FORM 1, kasi thats what I did, a few month back i tied filling out the form and then I stop because I have not taken yet those required training yet. Would you know the workaround?
If you don’t complete the application in one sitting, you can retrieve and continue if you have a US SSN. Otherwise, there’s no way for you to retrieve it. Hence, new application. Sayang effort and time.

Pay your NNAS application fee, bring your dedicated forms from NNAS to your school, your school will send the docs directly to NNAS.

From what I read, the eligibility does not expire.

After using uworld twice and failing, I never knew I could ever pass the nclex but today I am very happy. I just passed my Nclex on my third attempt with a great help from Dr Luther

You need work exp/safe practice para magkaroon ka ng license in Canada. It is one of the requirements. Unless you want to enroll, apply for a supervised practice.
Point is, make sure you have an updated work exp. It does not matter kung months or years of practice long as may updated work exp ka.
If sahod wise, yung previous work exp ko sa pinas as RN was credited. Hence, hindi starting salary ko.

Nagregister na po ako sa ceufast pero hindi ko po maintindihan alin yung para po sa child abuse and infection control na need ko sagutan for the certificates needed.
One more question po; when I registered, ang nilagay kong descrition ko was certified registered nurse practitioner. RN po ako sa Pinas , currently practicing in the middles east. Okay lang po kaya yung pinili kong description?
