I have never heard anyone say this, but yes, you can grow taller!! I grew an inch and a half from 2016-2017. This was a very intense period for me and the beginning of my awakening. I didn’t really know how to explain it to myself except that the physical effects of “ascension” can include something this out there. I mean it would seem physically impossible to get taller when you are nearing 40 years old. I got ideas that it might be related to a curvature of the spine reversing, though not a curvature from aging but one that we start out with here. I paired it with the biblical ideas of the “righteous” person is always used interchangeably with the idea of a person being “upright.” Like I became upright which actually added over an inch to my height. At least that is a theory of what could be behind growing taller via ascension. It definitely tripped people out lol, I had some lines from a song to get a laugh and explain it to people in a way, though very few people talk about physical changes of this magnitude. Thanks for acknowledging it here, again first person I have ever seen reference getting taller! And I am proof that yeah that totally happens!
Interesting. I understand upright as the correction of energy flow up your spine powering your consciousness instead of downward that begins to happen upon an awakening/ activation. I had a dream just recently where I walked into an apartment and I realised I didn't want to be here. So I turned to leave but instantly the exist had become a bath room of a different house and I couldn't get out. Those kept happening where the room would change to a completely different room. The last room was pink carpet on the floor, walls and ceiling with no exist and that's when I said, "This isn't REAL! and then suddenly I just woke up.

How do you know these changes have happened? What happens if you go for medical care, do they notice all these changes? Have these changes happened to everyone and now medical professionals consider this the “new normal”? In this new quadrant 4 according to all of the doctors it has always been this way so when they go do surgery they've already been programmed for the new Avatar. If you go and talk to a doctor and tell him that the kidneys were in the lower back he would laugh at you to him that was never a scenario. 💖🤗

I had another dream just recently The whole sky was mottled storm clouds and you could see the hexagonal bee hive holographic web in it. It started to move like sound waves. Like a stormy carpet moving above me. As the waves got bigger the hexagons split apart and become bubbles, like a stormy cloud bubble wrap carpet moving then it just collapsed! Causing flooding in all kinds of places. I was not effected by it and my thought was, I wonder how my car is going?

You cannot remove chakras with any kind of singing bowl. You might want to think about buying a set of singing bowls because it balances your frequencies.
