Here's the solo from the ripping new Sylosis single, Calcified! Josh Middleton is one of my favorite players, such incredibly clean technique and a great songwriter and riff-writer. Really digging the vibe of the two singles we've heard so far, I can't wait to hear the entirety of Cycle of Suffering! Interesting that Josh appears to be downtuning for this record (though I played this solo with a guitar in E) and using a Floyd rose guitar again after so long without either. Regardless, the new material is sounding great and I just had to get right to learning this solo!
