  • This is #37 in a series about Colonial American History. It focuses on Pontiac's War rebellion against the British, how the war expanded into the back country, British Campaigns to stop the violence, Pontiac's assassination by other Indians and the changes in British policy to stop friction with the Indians--the Proclamation Line of 1763.
