Easiest Cold Email Setup in 2024

Hey Guys!
Today I walk you through how to setup cold email for yourselves!
We are using Maildoso and Instantly.
This is the easiest way to get setup with cold email. Other methods are GSuite(Google Workspace) or M365(Microsoft 365). Those are a bit more expensive than Maildoso.

Great video, thanks! I'm using Instantly and Maildoso. Do you warm up in Maildoso? I see 'warm up filters' in Maildoso and an Instantly option to activate.

Glad to hear, thank you! And you get the email inboxes from maildoso, then you download the CSV from maildoso and import it into instantly, which then you can click the warmup button and it'll warm them up for you. I hope that helps! Lemme know if you have anymore questions!

I was planning to buy 99$ plan but I need total 4 domains with 20 mail boxes is there a way I can buy 1 more domain and mailboxes for each after I buy the 99$ plan?

Is the deliverability of these inboxes good?

quite good actually! Comparable to gsuite/m365. What's really cool though, is if the domains get burned out, they will replace the domains for free for you. Literally insane level of service. Also, I'm not affiliated with them, I'm just a big fan. But other's mileage may vary.

Thanks for the video Aaron. I've been researching Maildoso. If you don't mind me asking, how long have you used it? I've tried Instantly before too for emails, what are your thoughts on their leads?

hey Tony, apologies for the delay! Been using maildoso for about 6-8 months now, with my friends who referred me to them using them for at least 6 months before that.
Instantly is awesome, their leads I haven't tested too much since I pull my own lists. But definitely worth a shot to try their lead finder tool and see if they pan out, it's nice cause they take the work out of it and you can even have them populate directly into your campaign, but for me, I guess I like to do things the hard way lol.

very good inbox rate, for this we and others are getting comparable to gsuite level deliverability. But other's mileage may vary.
