Hello everybody! First off, I've finally linked all of my sources, including the test footage from Fallen Kingdom I used for scaling the Jurassic World Mosasaurus. However, be mindful that some sources I used may not be accessible to the public, and I'm happy to clarify anything on my discord server. I would like to thank you all for the support and overall positive reception of the first full scale animation for the channel! It really means the world to me and I'm excited ti make more animated videos going forward. In terms of the subjects I would like to cover, and the reasoning behind the new channel name "Nature's Compendium," I would like to encompass a variety of subjects pertaining to the natural world and the history of life on earth. My main focus will be on the evolution of certain animals, marine biology, tropical rainforest ecology, and reconstructing lesser known prehistoric ecosystems like the Pisco formation. While "How Scientifically Accurate" is not going to be a focal point of the channel, I will continue to produce them alongside the main animation projects I hope to create. Lastly, while the general reception of this video has been very positive, I am still grateful and appreciative of all constructive criticism. One of the most frequently brought up points is how the audio balance with background music and sound effects was distracting and too loud in certain parts. I will be sure to address this in future videos and be more mindful when working on the SFX design. Again thank you all for watching and I hope you look forward to the future of the channel! I have a theory that the Jurassic world scientists made the mosasaur bigger by editing its dna because they created indominus Rex to have new big things for people to gape at
All of the animals in Jurassic World also were created with accelerated growth hormones so that they would be ready for exhibition faster, so perhaps the mosasaur's growth rate went far beyond what it was supposed to, thanks to the genetic amalgamation (or they gave it too many growth hormones to make it way bigger in order to impress guests, like you say).

This is a really great video! Beautiful animations, and very informative! Can’t wait to see more! ☺️
Nothing to say but always amazing video with accuracy
Amazing channel and animation! Keep up the good work.
Thanks a bunch! And happy #MosasaurusWeek
if i saw a mosasaurus in real life i would actually pass out and hope it eats me while i’m unconscious so i don’t notice..... wait.... when you die, would it be like... falling asleep forever? think about it.... you pass out before dying, you wouldn’t know you died, but you couldn’t know you died... what would your consciousness do
These were my favourite/the most terrifying to me marine reptile as a kid. Thank you for making this!
What an awsome animal
How does this man only have 8,7k subs
These videos are insane
Keep up the good work
Welcome back it’s been an eternity I know you changed your name to nature’s compendium but I wanna call you calico as nick name
That's fine by me
I love this video :D, nice work on it
Ah yes. Mosasaurs and amber. Very common for a mosasaur to get trapped in tree sap.
This is an awesome video! So well researched but I like that you didn't take it too seriously.
Are you going to do the indominus rex, spinosaurus, tyrannosaurus rex, indoraptor from the jurassic park / world films and the slasher , nykoraptor, ovosaurus from the terra nova tv series, and finally the vastatosaurus rex, venatosaurus, ferrucutus, brontosaurus, ligocristus, and all the other dinosaurs from Peter Jackson's king kong?
Probably not all of those
The spinoraptor from Jurassic world evolution is pretty cool though
Things it got wrong:
1. Size, and how often that changes
2. Teeth
3. Tongue
4. Osteoderms/that crocodilian armor on its back
5. Tail fluke
6. Vocalizations
7. Several characters called this animal a dinosaur, but it’s more closely related to monitor lizards and snakes than to dinosaurs
