Hello Ms. Ming I enjoy that you look at the ingredients on products and you know what is good and what is not and what a bit of, once in awhile is ok. It is hard to buy anything that is completely good for you. But, I look at ingredients as well, however, I have to look up the ingredients individually, as I'm not sure what is good, bad or maybe? So the more you explain, the more I learn. I love Costco, but ours is so busy. People run you over, just to get a shopping cart. Crazy. I feel bad for sample people. People grab and never say thank you, hello, goodbye..nothing. and then try to sneak seconds and thirds. Chaos!
