Absolutely nothing helpful from the witnesses just pure colloquy between the attorneys. It was. Embarrassing. Last couple weeks I had corporate designee depos with multiple defense lawyers chirping at me. I have learned that just ignoring them and pushing the questions and getting answers is far and away the best way to do things.. the transcripts prove it. As far as coaching, I really could care less about any crap objections the opposing counsel will toss out there. Your videos are excellent.
