One of the lyrics is "And if a Gods looking down we'll give them something to lose. I decided to fight, and selflessly give to others to try and make this world a better place even though I was pretty sure God didn't exist. Thats when he revealed a world of magic to me of my wildest dreams. Its not mythology. Its not a hallucination. I lived in New Orleans and worked at a strip club on Bourbon street. Cocaine and alcohol all the time. Promiscuous, vaccuous soul destroying sex just for instant gratification. I am sober and dont even look at porn now. The key to this life is love. It is kindness for others. Every day I am so happy that I can cry. Please, I beg of anyone reading this just try to do selfless acts for others. That is the key. There is a hope and a love in this world beyond your wildest dreams. Christians are not ignorant or arrogant. When you experience the supernatural and begin to understand the tapestry of the universe it gives you a comfort I can't describe. I got a tattoo when I was an atheist of a sword which turned out to be a cruciform sword. A sword in the shape of the cross. The Bible says the sword is the word of God. Your words have the power to change others. They can give them hope or they can take it away. If anyone wants to talk about simulation theory or debate about evolution/things like that im down for that also. This is my mission in life. Every second of my life is amazing now and I just want to spread the hope around. Thank you to anyone who read this. I want you to know that you are special and there is so much love out there for you if you dig deep down inside and find the courage to find it.

@@_nuclearnoodle_5757 I’m aware of that, but anyone who’s been around this music for a while knows that there at least 3 different styles that are commonly referred to as metalcore, and they are pretty distinct from each other. There is melodic metalcore such as bands like AILD, At the Gates, old BFMV, etc., then there’s 2010’s metalcore which I just call “scenecore”, basically your Attack Attack, Make Me Famous, Rise Records type of metalcore, and there’s stuff like this, Knocked Loose, etc. which leans into a more aggressive, maybe even slightly more traditional hardcore style, sometimes with nu metal influence. It’s easy to just say it’s metalcore but there are distinct differences, and it wouldn’t be amiss to call this hardcore.
Saw these guys support Polaris in the UK last year i think it was and they were absolutely unreal! This coming out today the day after the new knocked loose yesterday has made this a great week for music already! This slaps!
