Another issue related to Price change option. It should be incorporated in control of sellers rather raising ticket.
To avoid so much returns, Pre-paid option should be given instead of COD only

I have also registered at meesho, I received three orders and sent products but the problem with them is meesho mobile is very bad to use, always hanging, doesn't disclose proper information.
Secondly my product was returned by two customers but no update found in app on the other hand they charged me unnecessary fee.
No proper feedback from team as sir said in above vedio.
I'm now feeling like to resign from this platform.

As I'm new seller on meesho , I'm facing these all problems nowadays. Ticket raise hone ke bad yhi msg aata h ki call receive ni hua aur ticket close. Aur panel me khud hi shipped ho jana aur jo order dispatch hote hain courier Wale aate hi ni time se lene 2-3 din delay rhta h

Online sell Krna hai to Amazon aur Flipkart jaisa koi nahi old is gold challenging hai thoda but online selling mai carrier banana hai to Amazon aur Flipkart pr selling start Karo nhi aata hai to seekho. Meesho kachra hai. Mai 3 saal se Amazon aur Flipkart pr sell kr raha hoon. Aur meesho pr 7 mahine mai hi maine haar maan li. 92 listing hai meesho pr aur product rating bhi 4.2. hai. Kripya Meesho mai jyada investment ya stock na kare.

Customer support वाले सिर्फ panlty कि ही बात करते है...ऐसा किया तो seller को 5000 panlty वैसा किया 2000 penalty वो सुनकर ही आदमी delete कर देता है account 😢😢😅😅😂seller ने order cancel किया तभी penalty...ये क्या नाटक है भाई...india है ये अमेरिका नही...!!और simple नही है process...

Hi true I m facing new issue mere show piece se product hai courier company handle acche se nahi karti aur product Tut jate hai jiske wajah se mujhpe shipping plus product loss hota hai . And video bhi banane k baad bhi claim nahi deti company kyuki courier Wale apne pod mai damage nahi dikhate hai aap reply Karo bro mai kya karu

Every thing is still ok but 2nd point is so painful.. fake order and return by customers. And who face the loss? Only seller by paying return shipping fees.. i recived 70 orders out of which 32 orders are already returned.. average return cost 150 x32..😴😴
