You've prompted me to buy The Forest, Keepup Survival and The Infected, now I need this game. Excellent content. Am loving you playlist of The Infected, and this game has a lot of potential.
This is extremely similar to Rust. Which used to have zombies, when it started. But the water collector, the furnace, the crafting bench, the tools and spear - they're all from Rust.
It looks like every other early access survival game. "Haha i added weed to my game. Arent i so quirky?"
That dry bed is a lake, so you were drinking invisible water. The Dev is aware of the bug that doesn't show the lake water. Think swimming or drinking it is not healthy for you as you found out.

Just got this game myself and am really enjoying it. With the rotation of things, press R and the you can rotate with the mouse wheel. I did come across a crocodile out by that empty compound, I avoided it so I'm not sure how much of an issue they might be to fight. Looking forward to more videos!

U can put a container in the water collector so u can take the water with you. But yeah u can drink directly from it if ur just chillin at base.

I'm sure there's a reason, but why aren't you setting up base on the, you know, military base?
Has some potential, but still very rough. If there's still more to see, like some good building mechanics I'd definitely watch a few more videos, otherwise I'd say give it a few months then revisit it.

You accidentally put 2 pieces of meat in the furnace which was converted to iron hence you ended up having more iron. See exactly at 13:11 to 13:16. Ov the video
Maybe you should build more farm crops and spam grow the hemp. Since it comes out as a 2 to 1 grow.
EARLY is very apt, most could make what we are seeing in a Day or Two........just sayin
I've found if you have enough early access games, then you'll have enough updates to keep the games in rotation.

Press R and rotate by mouse scrolling wheel. I watch GE and everything works in his game, it´s so strange, you have so many bugs.

You can pick up the concrete mixer and use horses by get close.
I have seen that you can ride the horse. Also if you let your fire deteriorate with food in it you will lose your food.
Does anybody know where the save files are? I save the game, try to load, and the saves are not found. is this a bug? I just bought this on steam.

This looks like it could be a nice clean/crisp one although would be nice to see how they're going with putting an actual story arc into it. My main issue with some of these is that they feel almost like a proof of concept rather than a game (and yes, I know - early early access but I wasn't referring to this in particular, there are ones that have been around for years with no actual goals in place).
(EDIT: Just read the full Steam page on it and looks like there will be a story arc in it so wishlisted 😀.)

Looks good. I refuse to buy any early release games ever again. 100% chance the game will never be finished
Unfortunately this is the case for most alpha releases. I couldn’t tell you off the top of my head how many games in my steam library I’ve had for over 5 years that have still made little to no progress to a full game. Seems like after a year or so they eventually just start upgrading graphics or game engine instead of finishing the game.

Once you enable rotate use middle mouse button also the large water collector is better as it will hold more and allow multiple bottle refills making watering crops easier

hmmmm. tbh just seems like another survival game.... and far from polished. hey Kage, you ever try DAYZ ? I dont know if you could do a pvp video series ( tho a one off would be great ) , but there are some great modded stable PVE servers, bases, zombies, survival traders, even missions.. and if you want pvp zones. anyways. looking forward to your next video sir😁

If you leave your base with wood walls, the skeletons will attack and tear the walls down. I upgraded all my walls and foundations to stone (after having two walls knocked out. We will see if they hold up.

the furnace description mentions food as well. You might be able to cook with the furnace without sacrificing rock to continually make camp fires.
looks like it could be a good game but for me it is too much of the same games that are already out like rust looks basically the same kind of game as that amongst others but i hope the people who do play this have fun and enjoy it

I saw someone else playing this a couple of days ago and thought it looked quite good. Its a bit to early in development for me to be interested in buying but gonna watch your vids and keep an eye on it with interest. Just started playing Empyrion, its no 7 days but super fun! Would love to see you do another lets play of it one day.
I feel like survival games are the biggest cashgrabs there are. As they release unfinished with dlc added later in while the dlc just adds 10 new items they worked for over 2 years for and act like it was alot of work. While the building mechanism is what keeps te players playing and thus they dont have to finish survival games as people will make up their own shit.

What I hate is hearing super duper early access and also charging money.
I'm old enough to remember the days when gaming companies would GIVE the alpha/beta games to players in exchange for players figuring out all the bugs, not sure how that got changed around to us PAYING them! 🙄🤣

i am tired of these "easy easy" survival games where your playing basically Hulk's brother Bulky'mc donald and if there are "edibles" it has a use and/or it doesn't do anything to you or you are prompted how you can't eat that. ARK at least has the dinosaurs but NO ONE programs "animals" where you can "tame" certain animals and certain animals will raid your camp for food (bears) and certain animals will just make your ability to get food difficult (monkeys) and somehow ALL water sources has to be the same when in real life most streams are safe to drink.

Yeaah... another generic survival game, early access, empty world, buildings you can't enter. We have seen all of this before, 100%. This will sink into oblivion with other similar games in it's genre. It's ridiculous how advanced 7dtd is compared to all these.
Considering how many years 7dtd has been in Alpha, it should be better. Let’s see where these games are in 10 years and then compare to 7dtd today. 7dtd is terrible considering how long it’s been out. Very overrated game.
