New Sub Could you possibly video the new area for the VA Clinic on Max Leggett Parkway, it’s under construction... Would like to see UF Hospital facility.
Was over there in December 2020. That area is going to blow up. Near the airport, I295, and Nassau County. That area was infamous for having those smelly paper mills which are now gone.
Yes I'm glad those paper mills are gone, I would have definitely moved to another part of town. Thanks for watching. And your right near the airport and Nassau County is going crazy. Are you from the area?
@@livinginjacksonvilleflorid8764 Originally from Miami, but lived in Jville as a child and a couple of years as an adult. Something big is coming to the old cecil field air base. Might not be an Amazon, but maybe car manufacturer or defense or something else. They didnt build that toll road FL23 for nothing. A lot of south florida people are moving there. My neighbor here in dade from Jville. Miami and South Florida is pretty much built out with little room to build new homes unlike North Florida. Jville has the infrastructure but not the vision, yet.
My hubby's job may move us to Jacksonville or Tallahassee. From the research I have done between both cities, it seems like Jacksonville may be more our vibe. Do you have any input on Tallahassee? We currently live in Arizona, so we will be selling our home and looking to purchase a home in Jacksonville or Tallahassee. We are in our 40's, no children, we love being out in nature and enjoy going to new restaurants and sometimes a little night life. Thanks for the info.
Thanks for watching, yes I know Tallahassee very well it is more of a college town and a much smaller city than Jacksonville. Don't get me wrong it is a very nice city and by it being the capital of Fl if your into government and everything it may work. Jacksonville will definitely be the place to live based on what you shared with me. There is tons of restaurants and various things to do and it is so spread out with plenty of parks, trails, and the beach I would highly suggest Jacksonville over Tallahassee in my opinion. By living in Jacksonville you are also close to St. Augustine/Daytona Beach and Orlando is only 2 1/2 hours away. Hope this helps and If you need more info please don't hesitate to reach out via call/ text or email at Artie.cox@premiercoastrealty.org
Tallahassee for Geography. One of the few Florida cities with ACTUAL HILLS... comparable to central Georgia with red clay and Southern Charm... everyhing you need..all modern amenities. Like a big suburb with a downtown.
@@bullschittz7263 well I guess no homicide and armed robbery which make it great compared to other parts of town. There are alot of drugs and petty thefts and such nowadays. Ive lived here since 92 and I've watched the drug problem get worse and worse
Yes it is. I have had no issues at all, I sometimes jog there at night with family an friend and have had no issues. I would suggest just practice your normal safety precautions and you will be fine. Please text/ call or email and I can give you more info
