SILVIA PHILION of MEZCALOSFERA - MEZCALOTECA

Such an amazing experience to work a day with none other than Silvia Philion of Mezcaloteca from Oaxaca. She is an absolute wealth of knowledge and an incredible agave ambassador! We had the pleasure of showing a line up of 3 of the most recently curated projects for Mezcalosfera (the brand used to import the productions) to some of the top bars in San Diego. This is a recording of one of those presentations in which she goes through the creation of Mezcaloteca, the proper way to taste Mezcal, and tasting through the Tobaxiche, Ensamble, and Papalote.
