excellent video about a very interesting set of headphones, auracast is fascinating. Seems like a truly useful technology and I hope it mainstreams quickly
Honestly, yeah, the auracast feature and all other gimmicks are cool, but just get yourself a decent under 30-50$ pair of earbuds and add in some well fitting foam ear tips and I guarantee you’ll be satisfied and you’ll have over 200 bucks left to do something meaningful with. I’ve been doing it for years after I got frustrated with the sound quality / value of the 200-300$ range earbuds. Now I’m perfectly happy
Another spot on video. I have just bought AirPid Pro 2 on offer but these look very good. Bit on the pricey side however. But I’d give them a few months and then have a look. Impressive though
Great! I need a new set of JBL air buds, and I need a new headset for my PC and I don’t want headphones anymore so this can work for both! 💪🏼 all of a sudden this is way cheaper than buying for both my phone and PC.
The funny thing is the big problem for jbl is competiton from their other buds haha .the live beam 3 offer 80% of the functionality for a 3rd of the price
I am an Auracast believer, but finding an Auracast transmitter is proving to be darn near impossible. My application is for a place of worship replacing or augmenting a "T-Loop". Suggestions on a reasonably priced transmitter? On the other hand, what is the range of the case transmitter? 20yds or 20 meters maybe enough.
Às músicas neles com áudio espacial ativado dá sensação de uma caixa de som tocando e quando você se afasta o áudio fica fixo dando uma impressão da distância em que você se afastou?
How’s the sound leakage on these? My jbl live pro 2 sound amazing but my seat neighbor on the train has to listen to the same music I do, because everything is leaking out tremendously. Auracast 0.1 so to say, without the need of buds at all for your surroundings:D
Thanks for the review nice job. I'm worried about the fit i have the Live Pro 2s they're good earbuds for the money but the way JBL makes stems is different like the stem just goes straight down from the top. It's hard to explain i guess my question is how do they fit you and do you think they'll fit most people? Thanks again much appreciated. 💯👍🇺🇸
I feel that one of the objectives of technology is to replace methods of doing things with other ways of doing them that are more efficient and more convenient. Fundamental to the convenience aspect is that the device or interface between us and the thing it makes more efficient and convenient to do should be as compact in size as the technology and the activity will allow. For example, an e-reader can be compact in that it is thinner and lighter than any book, and can contain many books to save weight and physical space, but must be page-sized to be convenient to read. These ear-buds, or rather their cases, seem to be going the wrong way. Instead of taking existing technology and developing it to make something more compact, JBL has made it bigger. Apple's air-pods are smaller and do a great job, so that is the standard to aim for, but these JBLs are comparatively bulky; too bulky for the pocket. They've gone the wrong way; and why? So they can have a little display on them. Is it really more convenient to control playback by using that little display rather than by using a phone's display?
I've had the jbl live beam 3 and just today listened to these. Jbl live beam 3 kinda quiet on some songs. Tour pro 3 is loud great audio great bass 10/10 even without auracast would recommend
What use case can you see for Auracast?
Good Morning my name is Doug and I’m a earbud-aholic. Another fix for my illness. Thanks
Glad to be of service.
Lmao
You are not alone!

Glad you enjoyed it!
A bigger screen on the case makes every earbud sound 300% better, everyone knows it
If Mark has a video I’m watching it. As always fantastic review
Awesome! Thank you!

You got any recommendations?

이거 좋아요. 에어팟프로2 환불하고 tour pro3 사용중입니다.
JBL has great value, I have some older buds from them and the clip 4, decent pricing for decent audio
Mark do you think the usb c to 3.5MM will work on an iPod? Finally have some what of wireless earbuds for an iPod
Thanks for the video!
New microphone? The sound is really bassy
Actually the same mic!
@ ok. Is this your hangover voice? 😉😂
Keep up the good work, mate! I really like your videos

Are we gonna get that promised Garmin material some day? It's already november... ;)

Also worth mentioning that spatial audio is very well inplemented this time round
Cant decide between these or the Gen 2 Jabra elite active 8. That USB C to a jack is a game changer on flights. What do you think?

2:00 You mentioned “USB-C to USB-C” Is that not USB-C to USB-A?
Ahh yes, good spot!
Parabéns pelo vídeo
Tenho uma dúvida têm como adaptar em um ps55 prá usa como se fosse um headset?
Desde já agradeço a atenção
Which do you like more? Regardless of price, b&w pi8 or these?

Do all jbl features work on iOS?

It's amazing
Hi, compared to the AirPods Pro 2, how is the sound?
Can the buds be powered on/off without the case?
Ooo, that Auracast stuff looks very good!
Agreed!

ok JBL take my money
For that price they should add
FM RADIO !
Obrigado por disponibilizar áudio em português.
Thank you Mark as always, the audio is very low on this one 😂
No problem. And it really isn't! If anything, we might be pushing it a bit, LUFs-wise. Can you confirm what you're listening on, please?
Why didn’t you talk about latency when using usbc to 3.5mm ? Is it even usable ??
Usable for what? Listening to music - yes, of course it is.
I think he meant for recording purposes, that's what I'm looking for.
I’m watching these review in my Bose qc2 😂

No one ever talks about loudness. Ever.
I haven't used a pair of earbuds or headphones in the last ten years that haven't been loud enough. Please look after your hearing.

Bat tree
Wow, the AI dubbing is horrible
Pointless your watch can already do this
