ask the manager who in charge of the building at their office you might get a tour around inside and outside, they have just celebrated new year countdown there so crowded the best time to go there is in early evening you can see lights and many peoples are there and restaurants, in noon and afternoon time is too hot to go there. it's also a place to take pre-wedding pictures as well,you can check and view display house in Borey Penghouth too they are beautiful, you can make appointment with receptionist they can show you around. @@travellingwithmaz
