My favorite linebacker of all time is Lawrence Taylor in his prime. He was the first player that made me ignore the offense and just watch him … on every play. Hoping Cooper is a reincarnation.
And he’s officially our Luke Kuechly, Ray Lewis, Von Miller combined together with the level of play those type of players that were old school kinda type that is all hard hitting! But! He can play in weak zones and QB spy so damn well! Just watching him tackle hard! He’s a MONSTER! Reminds me a lot of Ray Lewis! Even Cooper himself has learned from LBs like Fred Warner and Ray Lewis is physical wise that he has similarities with that he will bring!! So for him to say that tells us we’ve never had a LB like that since Matthews! Sure Walker is close to that but Cooper is different, he’s more aggressive! But Walker can learn from Cooper and bring some of those similarities but we’ve got our LB that’s an old school tackling machine but he’s the definition of what a LB truly is and how they need to play it in today’s generations of LBs
