- In this review video, Mr. Cast Iron demonstrates the Turbo Trusser (amzn.to/3wSlXdz), which was featured on Shark Tank. With this, you don't need to know how to truss a chicken or turkey. Once trussed, we placed our chicken into the Lodge cast iron casserole pan and inserted our ThermoPro Twin Spike thermometer. You can also add a skewer for a rotisserie. The tempspike temp probe helps to get the chicken to the desired temperature of 165 degrees. You don't want your meat undercooked, so these work best to achieve a safe temperature.

I came for the product. I subscribed when he said he washed his chicken
I’ve seen folks use these, but not many with a rotisserie.

You’re welcome Larry. Thank you!
I'm a big fan of cooking chicken or turkey breast side down. I found it helps keep the white meat from drying out
Yes, you are so right! I always cook my turkey breast side down, and it is always juicy! Thanks for sharing this with us, my friend!
All hail the Algorithm. 😊
