It would be great if you could consider desiging plan for 35x45 feet plot with vastu and laws. Plot has Roads on 2 sides 35 (North 30 feet main road) x 45 (West 25 feet side road). In South and East other properties are there.
GF:= 2 bedroom + Attached LB, 1 kitchen, Drawing room, Living and dining room, Common LB, Car parking
1st Floor:= 3 bedroom + attached LB, living area, Common LB, 1 kitchen.
Roof to be designed to accommodate Solar Panels and green area.

Sir kam jaga ko bohot hi ache se utilities kiya hé apne Muje personally bohot pyara laga design.. sir pls make plan on 18 x 60 plot size and my main priority is highly modern front elevation with big sliding windows and modern drawing room.. 3 bhk duplex with only 1 master bedroom.. 3 side other property and south face plot.. ❤️

I am looking for plan for east facing plot area 23x37 (850 sq feet). Front side road and other 3 sides covered by houses.
My requirement is 2x car park area, 2x two wheeler park area and 3bhk house with good ventilation.

According to vastu/tradition/hygiene
1.Pooja rm shd b ground floor only.
2.bathroom dr must hide from leaving rm.
3.staircase shd't b next to main entrance doors.
4.Try to keep swintex on staircase Terresss to have extra free space on actual Terresss.

Your house plans are very impressive. Please design a house for 30 by 40 plot east facing. A car parking also required. 2 bedroom, drawing, dinning and kitchen in ground floor and 1 room with kitchen and bathroom and 1 x bedroom with bathroom on 1st floor.

As a subscriber of yours I request you to make a houseplan for 18x52 feet it should consist of
-3 bedroom (master bedroom should be at the ground floor)
-4 bathroom (1 common at ground floor and other three should be attached with bedrooms)

- pooja area (at ground floor)
This plan should be west facing
