I got F'd in the genetics. I got Asian hair but given white facial features. So I can't really do Asian haircuts cause they don't go with my face, and I can't do white haircuts cause I got asian hair. That's why I'm going back to Korea permanently in a year or two. The only place where there can cut my hair the right way, besides the old vietnamese woman in Lawton, Oklahoma.

good question, A curling iron is the fastest way to get curls like that. But sometimes it can over curl or you may miss some hairs.

Yes, but occasional trims or cleanups might help to not look sloppy/unclean.
Also, go to a hair stylist and not a barber and ask them to cut layers in your hair, and show them the picture of what you want.
