I g, body's ups-and-downs appear to me too as a bit overdone but I think it works rather well for learners. It makes them realise how important the decreasing of their ankles angles gradually is to stay centered onto the skier platform whilst beginning a new turn with edge change and going towards the fall line. Terrain during this curve untl fall line becomes steeper hence CoM to be moved forward. Otherwise, one gets into the back seat. And beside this move don't forg tipping int thenewcurve
