On Thanksgiving I always like to give our kids and their families a thoughtful gift to lead into Christmas. Several years ago I gave each family a beautiful glass and silver jar with a stack of papers wrapped in ribbon. The idea was for any family member to write observations they saw in their family that they liked, made them feel good, compliments etc. When the next Thanksgiving came around they were to get them out and read them as a family. This turned out to be a bigger success than I thought. They are still using them. These are the things that make a mom feel like we did something right. 💜💜💜

What a great idea for a little Christmas gift. At many of my clubs in December we meet and have an ornament exchange. Well some no longer have trees and last year I have home made jam. This year I think a bookmark would be perfect especially at Bible class. So I'll be making 18 of them. Watching for hobby lobby to have 40%off jewelry now and ribbons. I think the smaller ones are the bookmarks right? Thank you.❤️
