@@underscorecow-gaming4486 nvm I have managed to figure it all out. Even perfected it to be able to switch to different hubs, so i could just teleport anywhere. ( you just need two setups, one middle south, one middle north.) Telescience is truly great again.
I did something a little bit similar to this but on a station wide level and using an exploit, not circuits. I'm not going to tell anyone how cause then it'd get patched out in like a day but I was able to randomly teleport to any room on the station and instantly teleport back repeatedly. When I teleported somewhere, I could only interact with stuff directly around me and couldn't move so I just had to get lucky with where I landed but after a dozen or so tries I was able to get places like the armoury, vault and the AI upload where I got to enjoy being tazed 4 times before I teleported back. It was really fun so of course the mods had to intervene ASAP to ensure their no fun policy. Luckily, through my quick wit and incredible tactical genius, I did a shitty meme from a marvel movie which the bored admin thought was adequetely funny and let me off with a warning. So now I just do it when theres no staff online.

BCIs are a circuit you implant into your brain, it can give you a HUD button that lets you do a command, in this case it sends your coords to the circuit connected to thelaunchpad controller to teleport you up
nanites dont exist on TG anymore, he has whats called a "BCI" which means "Brain Circuit Interface" ... its basically a circuit you implant into your brain with that pod machine, that gives you up to 3 hud buttons which can send commands back to the circuit, its what hes using to send his coords to the circuit as well as tell it to beam him up
