Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra Wireless Battery Charging - ESR HaloLock Mini Kickstand Wireless Power Bank.
This power bank will also work with the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23 plus (Galaxy S23+) and many other Samsung phones and tablets, Android smartphones and tablets and other portable devices that are wireless charging compatible even if they are not MagSafe compatible. And of course it will work with all the Apple MagSafe products such as the many variations of their iPhone.
So, in this video I'm showing you this wireless battery by ESR which is the HaloLock Mini Kickstand Wireless Power bank. Although it's not specifically designed for the Galaxy S23 Ultra, as this power bank is deigned to fit in with the Apple ecosystem for the likes of the iPhone and MagSafe. Because the battery/power bank is a wireless charging type, it works perfectly with the S23 Ultra's wireless charging capabilities.
I the video I show the power bank working directly with the S23 Ultra, which is highly likely to be the way that most people will use it. Although I do try it with the Nillkin CamShield Pro case and it works great. I also try it with the S23 Ultra inside a MagSafe compatible case by ENCASED. While the battery and case do work well, as they are both MagSafe compatible, there is a slight issue, as I explain in the video, due to the design of the case and the camera protection bump. Although, again as shown in the video, the magnetic attraction between the two is really strong. Don't forget, the issue shown is in no way anything to do with the ESR power bank, the issue is that particular case. Which may explain why ESR themselves didn't make a MagSafe compatible case for the S23 Ultra.
I did make a mistake in the video and said that this battery/power bank was 10,000mAh, it's actually 5,000mAh. I'd gotten it mixed up with another ESR power bank/battery which is 10,000mAh but without the Kickstand, which may actually be more useful to some people. Here's the link geni.us/gp4LA

Pretty neat device! The MagSafe has a pretty strong magnetic connection! I need to look into that for car charging! cheers!
Alright, Tone. Yes, MagSafe is really strong. Even on certain Android stuff where there’s proper space for a MagSafe peripheral to fit, it’s really strong. On the iPhones it’s absolutely awesome. Although I don’t drive, I got one of my brothers an ESR MagSafe car charger and it’s great. With a good MagSafe car charger you can easily handle typical bumps in the road without the phone falling off. The convenience of MagSafe and wireless charging is great. On the point of the phones. This S23 Ultra is amazing, although, I don’t think I will be swapping back over to Android. My iPhone SE is perfect for my use, mainly because it’s small and convenient and really powerful for such a small device. I think the only thing I will change to is another iPhone when they go USB C, which is supposedly happening with all the 15 series later this year. Although, I don’t think there’ll be an SE in the 15 series, so it looks like I’ll have to get a large iPhone at some point. Anyway, I’ll carry on getting Android stuff as long as they work out well on the channel and Amazon for making money. Cheers, Dave.
Just got one for my s23 plus. I hope 7.5 watt of charging speed will be significant enough to hold a charge while still being able to use my phone.

What is the speed of charging, though? I tried Apple's magsafe battery pack on my Samsung Note 10 and found it took 5% of the battery pack charge to increase the charge on the phone by 1%! So, while it did charge the Samsung, the glacial speed made it impractical, plus it would only give it about 20% charge.
my s23 charging speed using magsafe is slow too. AccuBattery shows 4-5,5 W of charging power.
i have just received one but apart from 10 mins, it does not charge my pixel 6 pro..i have a magsafe compatible case and I have magsafe wallet and car dock working fine
I have a HaloLock ESR charger for my Samsung galaxy s23 ultra the one where you plug in the power outlet and when I charge my phone the charger gets really hot. Does it usually get really hot when it chargers? When I leave it charging at night and wake up in the morning it's not at full charge
Hi, Juan. It is normal for the wireless chargers to get quite warm and sometimes a bit hot. My chargers take about 2.5/3 hours to charge the phone 50% wirelessly. I don’t usually have my battery flat, so I don’t know how long it takes for a full charge on wireless. Using a different wireless charger or even the power supply may charge faster and even be cooler. Maybe see if Samsung make their own wireless charger for the S23 Ultra. Cheers, Dave.
Will it work - if i use this cover and then put it on samsung wireless charging pad ? Will it wirelessly charge ?
Any case which is wireless charging capable will work regardless of the brand you buy. I have s22 plus and brought a transparent cover from a local shop worth ₹150 and it supports wireless charging. However, i also have a ₹1000 cover which doesn't support wireless charging. So even if you have a magnetic ring on cover doesn't guarantee that it will charge your phone wirelessly with Samsung wireless charging pad.
41% -100% will take 2:40?! Wow, does it come with a sun-dial you can use as charge timer? Nobody i know would be willing to wait that long if there was a quicker alternative.

@@jacksparrow5003no its not lmfao, magnetic is MagSafe which is apple only, you’ll need to buy the MagSafe rings to put on the phone to make it magnetize to MagSafe accessories…..

All you need is a magsafe ring properly positioned on the back of a regular phone case. Or a proper magsafe case
