How do you like this video? Should I make more vlogs like this? Also, thank you so much for 1000 subs! 💗 Timestamps 0:00 - Morning 2:20 - School + city tour 4:48 - Afternoon 7:52 - Evening
Your videos always calm me. You have a very soothing voice. Keep up the great work! Also, you should def vlog more!!! My school is all gray, one-story and the lower grade classes are attached to the main building. There is one dining room type thing that is also an auditorium and we call it the multi-purpose room because the benches and tables pull out from the wall. The upper grades have two separate buildings outside. There are two lines of classrooms with a bit of space in the middle. These classrooms are out by the field and the main building is right in front of the parking lot. We have a big field space surrounded by a fence, as the whole school is. Let me know if that's not descriptive enough!
Hi! Thank you for the comment and the support! 💗 It sounds like your school is quite large! In Poland most of the schools are rather ‚taller’ (as in 3-4 floors) than being situated within a few buildings, so that’s very interesting for me!
@@NatalieMatz Of course! We have 8 grades at our school and around 1000 students so the school is very large . I don't think I made it clear that the two outside buildings are straight lines and each have about 13 classrooms, so there are 20-30 n total outside. We also have some benches outside where we can eat.
@@NatalieMatz It is very warm, sometimes too warm lol. When we get to summer it sometimes reaches 105-110 degrees! And we have 9 grades at our school, I mistyped that before, so there are about 100-125 kids to a grade.
Hi. When I first read this comment, I was sceptical but I thought of it a bit more and I think I'll do it. I guess it could be a unique and wholesome video to make, so there will probably be one. I thought about either sth on Christmas preparations or Christmas Eve specifically. If you have any suggestions, let me know
So this was built when Katowice was german, right? So I guess it was built by german architects. We have some similar looking schools in Germany but unfortunately also many were replaced by ugly modernist buildings from 1960s and 70s, so most schools don't look like that at all anymore. I like when great architecture from the past is preserved.
@@NatalieMatz During www Germans destroyed and robbed property in Polamd worth more than 900 bilion $ making Poland the most destroyed countey in the world and killed 6 milions of Polish citizens...and forgot to pay wsr reperations. Poland rebuild itself without any foreign help.
Architecture in Poland is diverse because Poland was under the rule of Russia, Austria, and generally speaking Germany (Prussia) for 123 years. In Poland, they care about history, entire cities have been rebuilt and what was damaged has been repaired to serve future generations. Poles know who built these buildings, but they don't like it when someone reminds them. This reminds them of annihilation and after World War II, Poland was a ruin because the front passed through Poland twice and what it looks like today was the effort of Poles to rebuild it.
I think there are only private schools that teach in English (except for IB programs, which are in a couple of public schools). The price range is probably around 1000 euros a month for high school, up to way more for some fancy schools. I have No clue what the requirements are for foreigners
In Brazil the public school is very similar, with each other, but it is very unfunny, the building is simple compared to your school and no have any decor or other thing similar. Are all schools in Poland similar to this?
Hi. Not really. This building was built to 'show off' the city, after they discovered coal there hahah. I know a couple of schools looking like that, usually in big cities but most of the schools I went to looked terrible.
@@NatalieMatz Hi, I understanded, but there are some public school that are beautiful, the public here all like a prison lol, how are the teatching there? You can do a video, or already exist? Thank you.
Natalie, I wonder how go the rest of your family appreciate the fact that you have to walk through your apartment with laud crying alarm clock until you match the picture with your bathroom. At 6.20! Come on. Have mercy!
Hey! I’m not sure if there’s any specific application process for people from different countries. However, I would search for IB schools and contact the IB coordinators to explain how it could work :))

Do you always have lunch at 16:00 ?
Is that the tine people eat in Poland😁 ?
I would say most of the people eat it later (maybe 18:00) but as I used to do intermittent fasting, I build a habit of eating the last meal at 16:00 😁
I love this vlog 👻
