Double unders
Abmat sit-ups
This Crossfit Work out will always be tough because of the sit-ups. As you get better at double unders, like I’ve managed to over the years, it makes that part of the workout much less significant. Even if you trip once or twice there, you can make up for that and more on the sit-ups. Mine slowed a bit here due to some residual fatigue from 100+ ghd sit-ups in one of the 2023 quarterfinals workouts.

omg!!! you’re an absolute best Noah, I recently did my first Annie ( 4 moths into crossfit) and my time was 10:39 ( in sets of 15- 25 ish unbroken double unders)

I tried this last week, it took me a little over 16 minutes. Being able to do double unders without failing too often is a must for this wod.

Pretty sure he’s got the Ab mat the wrong way round. Always fat side towards your fat side ;). See how his ass comes off the ground in a lot of those reps. That’s what gives most people a nasty rash from using it wrong
