- Samsung is removing 3.5 mm audio jack & charger because they follow iPhone to earn more & more profit.
- iphones sell because Apple knows to run his buisness well. Example : Marketing,Advertisement, iPhone on emi, schemes for reliance/ jio employees etc..

It's common to have some defects in any smartphone or any smart device in general. But I hope brands don't differentiate on service based on pro or non pro models. Even more so for Apple where each of those devices are supposed to be premium.

Great information for iPhone users. I am also an IPhone user and I realised suddenly my phone started giving me less battery backup, then I figured out that it was due to I started using silicon cover in past week which was heating my phone very much and yes it also decreased my battery health by 3 percent.

@@sunilnathani3924using bigger wattage chargers for longer time will degrade your battery more quickly that's why Samsung or apple or any reputed brand don't sell 120 wattage chargers unlike Chinese ones

Great analysis - your take on the “behavior of consumer” 07:05 definitely makes a difference and i believe, it’s true in all aspects of life.
Secondly, the phones by apple are generally very sturdy and have minimal chances of going faulty in first 3-4 years.
Plus, if you get some part replaced ie battery/screen etc, its as good as a new and because the processors are very good, the phone adds a minimum of another 2 yrs to its life. This is better than buying a new phone after 3-4 yrs if someone is not willing to spend.

You are the face of this channel but Harshit is also an important part of this channel and anyone who watches your videos will instantly recognise him. So a better decision would have been to send a friend or family member of yours who doesn't make an appearance in your videos. That way we could have known how they actually treat a normal customer who doesn't have any influence on social media.

Jaise aap kah rahe Hain Ki aapka battery replace hua hai is cases mein jab main service centre mein tha to yah mobile phone Bengaluru jata tha aur vahan se yah pura phone naya replace hokar aata tha aur yah specially by road hokar jata tha kyunki yah battery Solan hai. ISI vajah se aapko usne 7 din bola tha

I feel the experience all matters on how the service centres react to our problems. I myself have issue with my iPhone 11 in regards with the wifi connectivity but none the less, they still could not figure it out and the only thing what they do is resetting the device. Whereas I’m facing this issue since I bought it but not yet solved till date and it’s been 42 months since I purchased.
I have only been to official apple service centres only.

Sir, I have S21FE with the Exynos processor which I brought in June 2023, and my phone during summer time, mostly stays warm throughout the day even without using it. And most importantly I often use the camera for taking photos & videos, as I love photography. Now while using the camera, the phone heats like hell, especially during summer. As a college student, I occasionally need to check my phone for my assignment, mobile hotspot & calling among my friends & family for various purposes.
What would you suggest to keep my phone normal? Can I even do something about it.
I was thinking of buying a phone cooler when using the phone camera/gaming.
Second, I was thinking of replacing my phone's battery from their service centre, which should cost about ₹1750 (Battery) as listed in the official samsung website.
