I noticed since I started Listening to Kpop (When Big Bang Debuted) the boy groups all start out in the cutie stage of music and once they get popular in that stage they evolve into the sexy stage. It took ZE:A a minute to get to the sexy stage. Even SHINee stayed in that stage for a bit because fans didn't want them changing to much. Now that they have it never ending. Keep an eye on Astro (debut was in late 2015 but got world wide notice in 2016--well at least in North America) and see how they evolve. Right now they are in the cutesy stage.

Is it just me who thinks that only the sexy concepts really get all the notice? For example: Mirotic(DBSK), Lucifer(SHINee); I even read that girl group Stellar was having a lot of trouble promoting because all they did was cute concepts and they were barely getting any money at all, and when I mean any money, I mean all the members having to share 1 meal. That's how severe it was, till they were technically forced to do a sexy concept, in which they were getting recognition after that.
