Winter Habitat for Northern Hens

Our original structures were destroyed by 104 mph winds during an inland hurricane in 2019. Our community came together with a donated greenhouse and a crew to put it together. In the middle of it all, my knee stopped functioning requiring a full knee replacement in September. When you give yourself to the common good there is always a return. It can't be calculated, it just is. It's better than cash. Social capital is a real thing that happens when you serve your fellow humans. Gratitude.
