I had no idea this was coming and lost interest in Cobra Kai a couple seasons in, but this looks very promising - I'm always happy to see Jackie on screen. According to Ralph Macchio (he pronounces the CH, Mah-chi-o, even though the correct Italian is Mach-i-o), this is set about 3 years after the end of Cobra Kai.
Fun fact: Did you know the original Karate Kid film was inspired ripped off from the jackie chans 1978 film snake in the eagle's shadow. So jackie chan was always tied to the Karate kid. Not many people know this.

Jackie’s fight coordination team is one of the best. I have full faith this movie will have some solid fights scenes and we will finally see Daniel-San as a full karate master.
I saw this trailer in the theaters last night and that was awesome I was hyped what a stacked cast for this movie Jackie, Ralph and now Ben I immediately was like yes American Born Chinese 💪🏻😅. Legends is going to be amazing the story looks great the Fighting is phenomenal, great reaction always a treat with you too 🙏🏻

This movie really shouldn't be happening. I hope they decide to cancel it before it makes it to theaters because the 2010 remake is not supposed to be in the Miyagiverse.

His fighting style looks so natural and flawless, almost like a younger Bruce Lee.

Yes Ben's character wasn't a fighter in American born Chinese, the people who only watched the trailer think it was him in the fight scenes
