ABOUT ME
I’m 31 years old and I’m a sheep farmer from Ayrshire in South West Scotland, which is why I have such a strong accent! I was born and raised on a sheep farm watching my dad who was the shepherd.
At 18 I went away from farming to work in the city (something I still do) and at 23 (2013) I decided I wanted to do something for some extra money so I went on a sheep shearing course. The hardest thing I’ll ever do was learning to shear sheep. [shudders thinking about it]
I shore whilst on my holidays from work for 2 years and then in 2015 my dad died so I decided to get my own sheep so I could continue working with sheep as it was something I loved doing. From there it escalated quickly from my first 4 sheep in my mum’s garden to now running around 600 breeding ewes.
I shore over 15,000 sheep this season in UK and I also travel to Norway for shearing in March and September. (Covid messed it up this year)
A few years ago I bought myself a sheep pregnancy scanner and have been building up my run since then.
I watched a few farm vlogs on UA-cam and decided I could have a go and now here we are!
Thanks for watching my videos and please subscribe if you want to see more in future. - Домашні улюбленці та дикі тварини
The Hoof GP brought me to rescuing Fiona the Sheep, which in turn brought me here, and yes, I subscribed. The black nosed sheep are just adorable. They look like little stuffed animals.
the rescue of Fiona the Sheep brought me to both channels, too. Enjoy both channels so much. agree so cute
A suggestion. You have such a huge job that makes it easy to forget things. My suggestion is create three duffle bags. One for each time you go out and check the sheep and lambs. Pack each with everything you'll need. Gloves, syringes, antibiotic sprays and the rest. You know what you need. Everytime you go out grab a new bag. Voila you will never have forgotten anything. It will make your life so much easier unless stressful. Love your show
Oh I saw the rescue of Fiona on the news. That was truly incredible. I remember watching her being shorn of years worth of fleece growth. That was just amazing how much better she looked without it, lol
I really appreciate how careful you are to speak slowly and clearly. The Scots accent is HARD to understand and you're making it much easier.
Thanks, I'm trying my best 😁
I love it. Not hard to understand at all. (Likely because my Gran was from Scotland.)
I absolutely love your accent! Even if I couldn’t understand it, I’d love to just listen to it.❤️
I don't know you understand everything you guys say no matter how fast you talk your accent reminds me of how the people from the state of Maine in the back woods talk very similar
I noticed this aswell, I have to do the same sometimes with my Welsh accent😂
Nice to see you and Hoof GP throwing each others site for people to watch.👏
Nice job by the way.
Some good $ to be had raising those beautiful sheep.💪
My heart just exploded at the cuteness of the black nosed sheep. I didn't even know they existed until now and I already want 20 of them!
They do have that cute factor Wendy, and they are becoming pretty popular!
I'm partial to the tiny "cow" lamb in the herd. Damn, I need a plushie of that one.
Absolutely cute overload.🐑

@@pipitameruje I thought that was a goat! LOL
Having owned horses for many years, it cracks me up that sheep's feet can be trimmed with big scissors. Fiona's story brought me here, and I'm a subscriber now! Great work!
The Hoof GP title caught my eye...he's excellent at his job and a genuine man. Hopefully you can live up to the attention you'll get for using his name!
Thanks Maureen! He’s been a massive help to me getting started on UA-cam. Just u let me know if i’m living up to it😁
@@TheSheepGame Just spent the last hour watching some of your videos and I am enjoying all the knowledge, the humor, and the positivity. Love to watch a true professional take pride in and enjoy his work! Thank you for sharing!
@@MaureenD-8821 Thanks for that Maureen. Really appreciate it!
He already has
@@TheSheepGame You pulled me in as well with his name. Not only that, you have the same introduction song Why is that? Well i'm going to watch your video now and see if it's good. I love watching video's about farming and animals. Other than the hoof GP , i love watching a You tuber here in my country Canada and in the province of Ontario called Sheepishly Me (Sandi Brock)
The baby lambs are adorable! They look like little stuffed animals!
Love your Scottish accent. Scotland my ancestral home although family been in America 200 yrs. Never forget Scotland. The sheep are too cute!!! Love your channel.
Thank you!
The GP music you opened with! LOL! Well played sir!
Thanks Saffie!
Do you know the name of song? I’d like to buy it. Ta.
@@kellwood1404 Graeme (The Hoof GP) has a playlist video on his channel
More of a copy cat of the Hoof GP. lol
@@kimmcdaniel968 Don't be a mean girl, he gave plenty of credit to Graeme
Lol, with their little black faces they remind me of a cartoon. They have a really cute kind of dotty look about them, and their little faces seem expressionless, because you can't see their eyes. To me that's what makes them look so cute and cartoonish. And Yes, they are absolutely adorable.
I think many people would agree with you on that, and they are popular for the cuteness 😊
@@TheSheepGame Btw, I'm also a sub of Graeme and your vid ended up in my recommended and I'm so happy that it did, because now I have a new interesting channel to follow. I think it was a super smart move on your part to team up with Graeme and get some exposure, he's such a cool guy to do that for you, he's got a good heart. Also, I really hope that you will gain lots of subs from this vid because you definitely deserve them. I find you very entertaining and that is the main key to success on UA-cam. Alright then sir, sorry for chatting your ear off and I hope you have a good rest of your weekend.
@@beautyforashes2022 thanks very much for the feedback and Graeme has been a massive help to me! 😁
Beautiful farm too, very clean and well kept. Not overcrowded, and clearly they arr very happy and healthy 😊
Most definitely the most adorable sheep ever !! Hoping that you have been able to purchase some nicer trimming tools and a sheep crush ! 😊
This is **brilliant!** A great tongue-in-cheek satire of "Hoof GP"'s great channel!
Thanks! 👍
Hahahahaha...got the theme music right too! Some of your sheep are dressing up as alpaca I believe!!
The lambs look like little toys, they are gorgeous! And I love Scottish accents. This was great.🙂❤️🇦🇺
These woolly babies are just beautiful.
Oooo! They are so sweet and what cute little feet they have! ❤
Argh! Now I’m going to lose my current situation as a professional grump by daydreaming about leaving my cubicle and spending the rest of my life kissing the faces of wee black nosed sheep babies 🤣🤣🤣🤣. Thanks for the terrific video 🤗🌸
Thanks Mack!
Firstly: the sheep are precious! So cute!
Secondly: I love The Hoof GP.
Lastly: I have been looking for a channel JUST LIKE IT! My daughter did a sheep 🐑 for FFA. We needed you! Please continue. 💕
Glad you found the channel now and hope you enjoy!
Who else expected a mini grinder and was shocked by the sheers?
I thought he was heavy handed.
Indeed
@@jayneconnors4583 no hoof s. are tough. Hopefully he can make enough money to buy little grinder for those precious little sheep’s hooves. He seems very caring about his and others sheep.
@@4thoughtsandponders A grinder is the wrong tool for the job. Sheep's feet are not the same as cattle's and clippers are the way to go. What would.be more useful for a large flock is a roll over crate. 20 ewes should be in and out in well under an hour, even trimming on the stand.
@@jayneconnors4583 when I worked on farms my bosses would make me trim feet with a massive pocket knife. They can take it, I promise
I've been watching horses, donkeys, and cows have their feet trimmed. Didn't realize sheep needed it to, but it makes sense since hooves grow continually. Loved the video! These sheep are cute even as adults 🥰
Goats need it too.
Those lambs are so dang cute! I thought the ones in your thumbnail image were stuffed animals because they were too perfectly adorable to be real. I want one, and that cross breed one, I'll take it too. ❤️
I love your accent, but I also appreciate the subtitles you throw in.
The lambs had a little wash a day or two before I arrived so they were super white and fluffy, glad you're enjoying the videos 👍
I totally love the hoof gp and I'm glad you did him proud lol. Those sheep are to adorable, like little teddies. I dont want one but i did enjoy going awwwwwwww they're sooo cute
This was in my recommendations because of Hoof GP, nice work, very cute sheep and I love the ‘you win or you learn’ phrase. I’ve subscribed 😁🐑🐏
You will hear me use that a lot lol. Thanks for the sub!
The marbled sheep is my favorite!
Both you and GP have excellent drone footage. Being as I live in Texas, I appreciate your landscape tremendously. These sheep ARE the cutest. Hoping millions of viewers subscribe to your channel. Treat yourself to a grinder when you get your first million views.
Well that was an education. Thanks very much.
👍👍👍
Ps: those black nose sheep are definitely the cutest thing I have ever seen. 🥰
Oh my goodness, those little munchkins are way beyond cute 🐑
The black nose sheep babies are way too adorable.
OMG Honey! Look at these sheep they are adorable! I have to have one they are only $7000.00 and we have to go to Scotland to get it!🥰🥰
My husband HAHA yeah okay 👌 🙃 you done lost your mind.?
Very good Angela, I imagine there might have been a few similar conversations like that!! 😂😂
🤣🤣🤣
Lol! I'd LOVE the black and white pattern one. Just think, if you bought a male and female, you could potentially gain profit of babies. But you'd have to sell those babies, that'd be the hard part lol!
These definitely are the cutest sheep I've ever seen.
One of my grandparent's favorite stories was of one winter when she had brought about 50 sheep/lambs into the kitchen to warm them up by the oven. My granddad would laugh himself to tears, explaining the look on her face while she chased lambs away from the oven door, cursing them the entire way. Thank you for an eye into a portion of their care.
Thanks and what a lovely memory!
I agree that they are the cutest sheep ever.
A little unsure with the scissors sums it up, my old mum does a cleaner job, perhaps you should try your hand at a salon 💅 ?
Plenty would agree with you on their cuteness Trish
They're like living plushie toys!
So much cuteness! The little ones with their black faces and black knees! I’m in love…😍🥰
Graham Parker is Genius!
Your Sheep are completely beautiful.
Those lambs look like cute little stuffed toys. That dressing table looks like one used for grooming show dogs. For hoof trimming you need one like Sandi Brock has. The sheep goes in. It’s squeezed in the “crush” then turned upside down and all feet are accessible for trimming. Love the Hoof GP by the way. Graham is as entertaining as you are. Much love from a grandma in Illinois.
That’s awesome I also watch Graeme and Sandi also!!! Do you also watch Tom Pemberton Farms UA-cam channel??💗💗💗💗
Big fan of The Hoof GP, he makes some great videos, thanks for watching Carol.
@@ashleyhall1375 No, but will have to check it out. Never thought that a suburban, 70 yr. old grandma would enjoy watching these type of You Tube channels. Before now I had no idea, as a city girl, that hooves on cows and sheep were trimmed.
I’m not a farmer, far from it. But I’ve watched the Hoof GP & Sandi Brock
@@carolb3122 I am also a 70 yr old. But not grandma yet. I grew up on farm in Missouri with Angus beef cattle. I also didn’t know cows need hooves trimmed but the vet came out every two weeks. I love this channel and hoof GP. I love to see Scotland and listen to them talk. Those boys are just too cute and kind.
A Hoof GP fan here but loved watching these adorable sheep. I'm glad Graeme is helping you with youtube. The subtitles helped a lot when your lovely accent got a bit thick. I don't own cows or sheep but love the videos. Subscribed! Cheers from Southeastern Pennsylvania!
Is always great to have some advice and guidance from other you tubers. Thanks for subscribing and hope you enjoy the content.
I have goats now, use to have Suffolk sheep... and love the Hoof GP ...subscribed!!!
Beautiful sheep, lambs and alpaca. I'm a knitter and know the alpaca pelt is so soft yet the sheep can be coarse.
OMG! Those Blacknose lambs are so freakin' cute! 💗
Sandi Brock and Hoof GP, two of my favourite channels. Sandi brought me here, but your accents will keep me coming back !
They are absolutely too cute.....
...and the sheep are alright too. Lol
❤️❤️❤️🇨🇦
Thanks for coming to have a look Katt
I was thinking the EXACT same thing. the last 2 sentences that is.
Ya me too. Sandi rocks
Sandi is also good to watch. Would not want to have to pick one. I really love that Sheep Game, Hoof GP and Midwestern Hoof Trimmer are all run by friends.
Same here
As and Aussie, I have to have a second take every time I see sheep with tails. These are definitely gorgeous. Interesting feet!
OMG…they are beyond adorable. Where are your eyes, angel? Good to see you connected to Graeme. 👍 I’d spend all day giving these cuties a cuddle. Cheers from 🇨🇦
I absolutely love listening to you all talk. I actually showed a sheep and took first place in confirmation and overall, she was a Hampshire cross I'm a horse person myself but gained lots of experience.
Brilliant! Well done if you understand!
I absolutely loved and enjoyed myself immensely I went to an agricultural School here in the US I did spend a lot of time in the country growing up but nothing compares to like what you do or what and how you grew up on actual farm and like how Grand Parker's grew up on an actual Farm you know I've only worked on them I thoroughly enjoy your videos and learn something at the same time
Just discovered your site from sandi brock. So glad i did, your sense of humor makes me laugh. And i learn a lot from your videos.
Me too!
me three !
❤️❤️❤️🇨🇦☕️☕️
Saamme lol
Me also!
Thanks Denise for coming to have a look at the channel, hope you enjoy
Haha, that intro was accurate. Sometimes it feels like the Hoof GP is making a Romantic Comedy film with the music he plays
Those are the sweetest little lambs I’ve ever seen. That spotted one at the end is so cute, she’s like a little incredibly fluffy cow. but they better be cute at that price. Wow
They're so cute, they don't look real. They're not just the cutest sheep, they are one of the cutest animals ever.
Got a wee bit confused when I heard the intro song there! Wondered what I was watching. Sneaky UA-cam put it in but I couldn't be happier. Found the Hoof GP through random chance too! Glad to see you Sir. Subscribed! 👍
Thank you very much for the kind comment! Graeme has been a big help to me so I made sure he was Ok with the plagiarism first lol
Sandi Brock mentioned you today in her live stream. I'm a fan of Hoof GP and Pemberton Farm. I'm a senior in California and like to challenge myself on understanding others who speak the same language. xoxo
Same here.....I follow and watch every video from Sandi, Graeme, and Tom Pemberton, and now him!!!!!! 💗💗💗
@@ashleyhall1375 aren't we so lucky. I also watched the Friesian horse Channel, sonne farms, TDF honest farming, the veggie boys, among others. Cheers!
They are all great you tubers, hope you're beginning to understand my accent Miriam.
Love finding this and giving a great shout out to the Hoof GP!! Those are the worlds cutest sheeep.
Thanks Renee!
Had a chance to do a work for stay at a working farm while I was hiking in the UK a few yrs ago...the ewes were lambing and I was able to help out w chores and spend a few afternoons bottle feeding the new babies...it was an amazing experience!
Immediately before finding this video, I was saying on Graeme's channel thanking him for his awesomeness inspiring other trimmers.😁😁😁
Thank you for giving a shout out to Hoof GP. I love watching you guys. I am half Scottish but have sadly never stepped foot on the homeland. Watching your videos connects me to my roots.
Thanks also for the great work you're doing for the animals.🙏
I was so tickled to find you. I love watching Hoof GP. I have learned so much about cattle feet care.
Nothing is more precious than a lamb! And your Blacknose are so CUTE!! I will be watching as I already have learned a ton about sheep feet.
Thanks Karen, I agree they are super cute!
Baby cows are incredible cute too, I think all babies are adorable, I worked at a farm when I was a kid, got paid in eggs and i helped with the cows so have a soft spot for them.
We have Basque sheep farmers in the Rocky Mountain state I am from. They have a variety of sheep and do a wonderful job for them. A co-op has formed and many varieties are raised and they process the wool right in there small community. Amazing process to watch.
Oooh, those babiees! I love them!💗💗💗 To be fair, you don't need a fancy crush because sheep won't kill you! 🐏
These ones are pretty well behaved Diane, so yeah pretty easy to do on the table!
OMG, I LOVE. the plagiarism. Imitation is the greatest form of flattery. And as a bonus I understood every word. 🤣
Glad you can understand my accent Terri!
Nice video, love the "bloopers" at the end. And as soon as I hear someone speaking in a Scottish accent, I'm in heaven! Plus, the lambs are sooo cute.
Thanks Sanan, glad you enjoy the accent!
I'm only watching cuz of the accent. 😂 I otherwise have no reason to watch sheep videos.
The sheep lift was funny seeing it the first time. Makes your job easier 🐑🐏🐑🐏🐑🐏
Oh my goodness the Bkack nosed sheep is so precious 💖 😍
Yep they're cute. When I saw the alpacas coming in as well I thought hey up this is going to be either entertaining or down right dangerous 😂
We were pretty safe with the one Mags, the sheep and alpacas are used to coming in and out most days
If I wasn’t paying attention I honestly would have thought you where the hoof gp.
That's very kind Anoby the Hoof GP is a master at the you tubing!!
I've never seen sheep like.this with the black faces and so small they are so so adorable omg I totally fell in love with this little sheep so precious
Omg those are the cutest Lambs I ever saw in my life. I could sit with them all day.
Graeme's opening! You make me laugh, Cammy! I found you from The Hoof GP, who was recommended by 10th Generation Dairyman, then Sandi Brock starting fan girling on you and the Blacknose sheep. How could anyone resist you? You all are can't miss viewing for me now. Not ashamed to admit I turn on the captions. One of these days the accent will sound like english to me, I'm sure!
All such great you tubers you've mentioned there, thanks for watching
The most adorable wee Baa-Baas ever. Love them 😍😍
Beautiful little bundles🥰
I'm glad you used Hoof gps name so I could find this channel
Hope you enjoy Maddison!
Love the play on “Hoof GP” but I LOVE THESE SHEEP!!makes me want to have sheep!
They are becoming very popular for their cuteness factor!!
The sheep are so cute, I love their little faces!! 😭
Thanks Altara!
I am a city girl .. my ❤ to all u farmers and folks who give the animals all the love ❤ 😍
I’m here from the USA because the Hoof GP and Aaron recommended this channel. Not disappointed :)
Done. Sandi Brock recommended your site and I have been binge watching your videos from the first one. I am now current. Great videos. Although I am getting much better at understanding you, I really appreciate when you give definitions of some of the words. Great videos. Keep up the great work.
Thanks Kathy! It’s amazing that u watched them all! They are hopefully getting better as i progress 🥰
Came from Hoof GP. These sheep are absolutely adorable! Also, don't get discouraged, and keep making content. You'll get it right quickly enough.
The sheep assure following him. Awww
Well, I just watched your process on the sheep hooves. Very interesting. I also love your accent. It makes your ear really pay attention to your speech. Great show, will watch again. Those little lambs are so cute!
This came up in my feed probably because I watch The Hoof GP and Aaron LeVoy. Love sheep so I'm going to Subscribe. I like the twisting horns.
Hope you think it a good find Sue!
Sandi Brock and Hoof GP are my two favorites as well. This was fun Cami!
Thanks Rhonda!
They are adorable, and so are you. Hello from Southern California, USA
Oh, Cammi, can't effectively express my delight that "you guys" have joined forces...LOVE YOU BOTH BEYOND adjectives!!!
Can you please pass this sentiment along to our "sheep man"? xoxo
They are so adorable! Thank you for taking such good care of them! ❤
That was interesting; good footage❣️
I liked how the ram was not complying until the farmer grabbed him by the horn. It was like "ok, ok you win" 😅
They have to be the cutest animal on the planet. I've seen pix of them but never like this, in a farm. You're so fortunate to have them!
They are precious, those black-nosed lambs. As a child, I had a stuffed lamb that looked very much like those little ones. (Mine was smaller, though) You are FUNNY!!
Cammy, this is one of my favorite videos so far! You are so funny and witty and quite a nerd about sheep... and I LOVE IT! This breed is truly the cutest I have ever seen! And, like you said, they come with built-in handles! Love it!
Thanks, always like to be learning about new breeds and different sheep systems.
oh my! the cuteness. that curly wool looks fantastic.
Please bring the vet on for a follow-up on the infected hoof, and information about the hoof anatomy, please. Thank you for reminding me of one of my favorite shows, All Creatures Great and Small. Take care and be well.
You need a lad like Craig, to make your coffee and clean the crush like Graeme does!!😂
Does sound like a good idea!
Craig is a work partner not a tea boy.
@@Hailstonepie Yes, I’m aware. The comment is a joke. It’s not that serious.

Sheep and lambs! Wonderful. Drumheller Alberta Canada here. Thanks.
Glad you saw hoof go. Glad you joining. Glad to see you. Black nose babies are cutest.
I love watching the Hoof GP but I was raised with sheep so I’m glad I found your channel. Wow you have a heavy accent! Love it!
Thanks David, hope you can understand me, do add a few subtitles to help too.
I love it too... i absolutely adore hearing you talk, so melodious, and perfectly understandable. You've a great sense of humour and good educational info as well. "You win or you learn" - you are doing great so far!

Really fun homage and I hope Graeme is tickled. “For all you sheep men”
Thanks Giselle!
What cute little blue earrings on those little sheep.
The little black and white lamb is so cute.
Thank you for the imformative video on how to trim a sheeps hoof, looking forward to getting back to New Zealand to my small flock of Back faced Suffolks. Like many found your Channel from another channel
Thanks Jules, hope you enjoy the channel!
