Generally ME was followed…it may not be CE but if you cannot recall all options you can use “are there any other factors you want me to consider?” Since this problem is already very specific, standard PL structure may not be applicable. We are only covering the upper branch (revenue) and ignoring cost completely. This already chops off a lot we need to consider for solving the problem.
I think before dive into the framework the candidate may need to ask clarifying questions.
