  • Ground Pork Giniling Sisig one of the Easiest way in making Pork Sisig, Because you don't need to Grill or deep fry the Pork you just Saute and Its done. Pork Sisig is a famous Filipino dish usually made of Crispy Lechon Kawali or Grilled Pork toss with Onion, Spring Onions, Green Chilli, Eggs and Serve with Calamansi on the Side.
    Pork Giniling Sisig Ingredients:
    500 grams Ground Pork
    2 Pieces Onion
    1/2 Tablespoon Butter
    2-3 Pieces Calamansi
    1 Piece Green Chili
    2 Pieces Egg
    Liquid Seasoning
    Black Pepper
    Mayonnaise
    Spring Onions

      Pwd niyo nmn po iskip yung liquid seasoning gamit na lng po kayo kung anong seasoning na merun kayo sa bhay like magic sarap unti lng po or pwd din nmn po wla na, oyster sauce din po pwd

    Tortang Sisig yarn? This is not Sisig.
    Sisig Ingredients should only be Pork, Onion, Chili, Chicken liver, Calamansi, Other than this its not sisig.

      there are different versions of Sisig. obviously this is not the original Pampanga version but a fusion US style. there’s a famous restaurant here in the US that adds mayo. We are all friends here.

      Hahaha! Peke din naman ang sisig nyo. Gulay ang original sisig. Taga Pampanga ka malamang kaya ganyan sinabi mo, pero taga Pampanga ka di mo alam ang pinaka original na sisig. Pffft!
