    This is exceptionally good. Thank you. I especially appreciate the way he keeps bringing the focus away from intellectual categorization and always back to what is happening now for each individual and the vision they hold for themselves. We are all walking wounded with our own unique versions and layers of patterns. 🙏

    the insecure attachment style solution: taking a look at what the experience is, taking accountability for your participation in the experience (for being attracted to that experience), deciding what parts of the experience you like and which parts you'd like to be better, investing in what you like, transforming and/or releasing what you don't like.       they're not all avoidants - what behaviour is being exhibited early on that is typical of someone with an avoidant attachment that you're accepting?
