Drifting a Nissan 240SX in Forza Horizon 5

- This is my my new favorite drift car in Forza Horizon 5 simply because of the handling. It's easy to recover this 240SX from oversteering. The force feedback feels stronger on the steering wheel compared to other cars I tested. Also another similar good drift car is the NA Miata which is also easy to drift with. 240SX livery found from in-game and steering wheel settings are fine by default. If your steering wheel feels too weak in the game, simply increase your FFB. I'm using Thrustmaster T300 steering wheel and have no issues in Forza Horizon 5.

The turbos are on the conversion screen. No need to swap the engine to get turbos.
Also unlock the Horizon Canyon zone to get the drift zones. Some of them are epic.

To add, 240sx's came with a ka24de, NA making around 170hp, while 180sx's came with an sr20det, making around 200hp. Goosiests car is either a swap or turbo converted

With the changed physics only thing i notice is that its alot easier to spin out with rwd and while racing slowing down is important to not slide
spin out...but i find it easier to control...and better

Just don’t full throttle coming out of a turn.
I find it a lot easier to control now especially with RWD

The FD cars are the best in my opinion the game is definitely fun af. Got the game yesterday I’m mainly a motor sport player but I give this game credit for sure.

It’s definitely nice that they expanded the customization, but some of the kits are NOT it, lots of missing big brands and just small branded , mostly ugly kits. Horizon 5 is not nfs level yet, but it’s a start atleast.

What pisses me off the most in forza drifting is there's no clutch kicks... If you make as many mistakes as I do - it's very helpful tool, to get back in the action.
General racing wise it feels pretty good considering the amount of content it has, wheel users are definitely the minority for PGG...
You need to turn manual with clutch on, there's manual without a clutch and manual with clutch.
