good question, I've been researching a lot on ketosis, but haven't seen anything on that, however since it does improve cognitive brain function I would imagine It would help.
Read the books "Why Johnny Can't Read" and "Why Johnny Still Can't Read" by Rudolph Flesch. There is learned dyslexia and real dyslexia. Learned dyslexia is when children are not given the phonics skills to decode a word. The skills are: (1) Teach the child the name if the letter, both capital and lower case. (2) Teach the child how to write the letter, both capital and lower case. (3) Teach the child the sound of the letter. (4) After the child has learned sufficient letters that form a word, teach the child how to sound out the word (left to right) and, then, read the word. (5) Ask the child a comprehension so that the child associates the word with an actual thing. This is an important step because some children need this help so that they aren't just calling out words without comprehending. (Start with teaching the child the consonants and short vowel sounds. Then, teach the long vowel sounds and the "magic e": made, Pete, bite, code, cute. Then, teach the digraphs and other sounds that are spelled using two letters: sh, ch, ea,.... There are people who say that English has so many exceptions that you don't need to teach phonics. Wrong. English sufficiently follows phonics rules that phonics are useful. The child will learn the exceptions as the child reads more and after learning how to use the dictionary. Real dyslexia is when there is a physical problem in the brain or nerve connections so that the child cannot see correctly. A person with real dyslexia will have problems seeing everything, not just words.

I starve all day. then eat a huge binge meal at night!
Autophagy starts more or less after 24hrs of fast. You aren't reaping the benefits.
Autophagy happens after 4 to 5 days of fasting and no you are not starving yourself.
