So is there vitamin k and vitamin k1 or just vitamin k, sorry if I sound crazy but I am learning.
K1 is for clotting. Leafy greens. Vit K2 is for diverting calcium to the bones instead of into bloodstream and eventually coronary arteries. Natto has the highest content but I’m told it tastes terrible. Take it as a supplement. Go to Dr Ford Brewer's you tube videos for more info. Note that K is the mineral potassium. K1 and K2 are vitamins.

Unfortunately world overfishing ensued long ago. Omega 3ss appear to bioaccumulate from the ocean algae species,and this is why fish are high in at least two of the three Omega 3ws. I am NOT AT ALL certain that the odd diets fed to farmed fish result in good EPA and DHA long-chain versions of Omega 3 fatty acids. Grinding up cattle parts, Bos species are LOW in ALA, EPA, DHA, and aside from the trophic waste that occurs from using domestic cattle for nutrition for farmed fish(other domestic species are also used, and sourcing comes from low Omega 3 plant/animals. So the ENTIRE farmed fish industry does NOT give you common normal nutrient levels (actually huge industrial plants raising not only malnutritive sourcing harming the domestic fish, but also the environment created, causing increased incidence of communicable fish diseases and parasite, ends up being harmful to the fish, those who eat them, and the environments receiving effluent from the crowded, essentially sedentary fish). There can be, then,no good fish in quantities that the massively overbloomed human populations would require for health. We are a mid-size omnivore only existing in ecological or habitat balance when our populations are really comparatively low- we lived somewhere in numbers of 5 to 50 million worldwide for MOST of our evolutionary history. the HUGE burgeoning human population far exceeded the possibility of the earth's other organisms to sustain it many years ago. Ecological overshoot is now at the point that humans use up the ENTIRE year's primary production by July, leaving us eating the organisms that should be allowed to reproduce for another five to six months. We have also significantly eroded soils used for agriculture and those soils contain less of the micronutrient elements than optimal. MANY vegetables reputed to be "high" in micronutrient organic molecules, then as also much lowered in the plants, which also perform their own triage, for immediately existential need. Our actual topsoil depths have massively eroded in the last 100 years. Subsoils do not have the nutrients to support thevast commensal and symbiotic web of life needed for healthy plants and animals. Obesogenesis is now the world human norm, with 67% unhealthy overweight to obese - far more than are underfed. Any past rend toward increased lifespan is now reversing, due to these causes, and sedentism. In the USA, the next published studies will show a significant decline, as it has already occurred in males here.
this is someone who questioned animal based food without knowing that all or most of these nutrients are in animal based food. Vitamin D the most deficient nutrient against COVID based on post mortem analysis is only found in decent amounts in eggs, fish and meat if you are afraid of UV rays. Vegans take the tablet but artificial sources is not going to give you the same anti inflammatory effects from natural sources. Then she's said 45% are deficient in magnesium but magnesium is depleted when you consume excess carbs (again plant based food).
It's funny my start at nutrition was looking at nutrient deficiencies in America and looking at Japan they have lower cases of depression but obviously suffer other mental health problems such as stress and overworking. And the fact they eat more seafood and have less vitamin d deficiency prevelance within their population and they eat natural sources of iodine such as seaweed.

K1 has nothing to do with calcium. K2 does. K2 is found in fermented foods like natto and hard cheese, not green leafy veggies. She's completely out to lunch on these important facts.

Our transition into moving into Cities instead of the active live of raising and growing everything you need has been detrimental and the replacements we have mobilized have not been as efficient.
