2013 Chung Do Kwan Nationals - Tae Kwon Do Black Belt Forms Competition - Women's

Sara Ann demonstrates her black belt forms. As a student Kelly's Tae Kwon Do in Newburgh, NY, she competed in the women's category and took 2nd place in the forms competition. This annual tournament was held at Somerset Hills YMCA in Basking Ridge NJ on Sunday, November 3rd, 2013.
