- Nick Glassett and the Jump off crew put up new pallet racks, Nick checks out a car dealership for christmas light reinstall, then pus away the groceries. We see Nick coach his 5 year old girls soccer team, and then decorate for halloween. It's whole ass day!
Yo guys Nick here...I talk a ton about the importance of building a strong team, and I feel PASSIONATELY that it comes down to the recruiting and interviewing, but watch closely how much of a tight knit group we are. Yes, I'm the leader in this, but what I don't talk about much is that fact that my major weakness is the SOCIAL part of team building. I'm actually pretty introverted, and so in order to make the team MESH, I really lean on my team to provide that "glue". I always have a few extremely outgoing guys on the crew to kind of "spark" the connection so I can play of their energy in that aspect. This way I can make sure all our bases are covered, while I get to stay in my strength zone of building the business, and bringing on people that fit the culture of the company. In this video you can see that a little bit in the energy that Trever brings, but Isaiah's energy is REALLY on display when were joking around in my office. WATCH WHAT I DO NOT WHAT I SAY, that's where the real tips are.

Total personal preference! We never even used ours a single time so I took it off. Others swear by it. For us it’s WAAAAYYYY too slow. You can push and roll anything easily with good technique

So far I have done over 20 free estimates for Xmas lights for residential at $5/foot …literally everytime they get the invoice they don’t text me back i cannot close one for crap so disappointed/:
I’m guessing here…but you have to have infrastructure that matches the service you provide. If it’s a FB message that’s just the quote, you won’t land it.
@@nick_o_glass no I work it all up the same way you do and send a quote/invoice from an payment app such as PayPal or square just people keep saying it’s soo expensive and I’m only starting at $5/foot /:
That’s because it IS too expensive for 95% of people. You only land like 5% of your estimated b/c it’s so expensive. I’d tell you for next year RAISE your price (unless you’re in south Dallas) and then target neighborhoods with Drs Lawyers, and business owners. You’ll land a ton
