I personally think CS2 still have the best romantic/unique events which is kinda sad to think about. All cs3 had to do was give players an choice like they do in reverie - granted that awful too cause it only 2 scenes - but still to continue your romance
Well Old Class VII got really busy in their careers in 3, realistically they can’t just drop their government/noble affairs to be with Rean while Osborne & Rufus are shifting to high gear trying to take over Crossbell lol.
