I started going there, when they first opened. I live in Fort Wayne, IN, and I bump into people we have seen on other visits, and the Blue Chip is a fun place to visit.
I have to agree with the comments about smoking. Fourwinds in South Bend and New Buffalo and probably the other locations as well. gave up the smoking part of it after Covid. It is beyond me how a few nasty, stinky, smelly patrons with an invasive and hazardous habit can be treated like the majority. I attended this place once and the whole place smelled like an ashtray. I won’t be back until it is smoke-free as well.

Enjoyed the video. I go here regularly. Unfortunately, two of the dining options you featured ten months ago, The Game and Nelson's Deli, are no longer open. They replaced Nelson's Deli with a coffee shop type place which I'm not a big fan of. The Game is now just shut down and thus far they've not indicated a replacement or what will be done with that space. That's unfortunate because I love the sports bar type offerings an all the TV's with games on and it was connected to their sports book. I can't see people staying there all day on football Saturdays and Sundays if they can't grab a beverage and/or meal without missing the games they're watching.

that was a beautiful place. I ain't never seen drapes that operate by a switch. Great view of of Mississippi. The food looked great. Oh ya when it said there was drape controls on both sides of the bed I pictured you and Dice opening and closing them 😂❤

@@GamblinGranny have you been to the four winds casino in new Buffalo which is only like 20 minutes away also, there’s a four winds in South Bend Indiana which is about 50 minutes away. Those are really beautiful properties.

It’s called the River view. You have to call to book it. These rooms have been remodeled since this video was done tho. We are going back there in May to film the remodeled room.
This was called the River view Suite. It has since been remodeled since the video, but I think it’s still very similar. Be honest. The physical location is boarderline sketchy. The casino is actually kinda crappy, old, smokey, and far from squeeky clean. The hotel is (barely) just ok (since they did a remodel) compared to nicer facilities in S. Bend and New Buffalo. The rooms on the older side are NOT great at all. Nelson's is long gone, and it was trash. I rate it a generous 2 1/2 stars at best.
I stayed here and hotel side was great. Casino allows all smoking,stinky cigars included. After watching most people who come here are heavy smokers and ventilation is terrible. Have to change your clothes and take a shower when you go home from the stink of that place.
