@@michaelsinclair2731 This was after the reveal of her affair with Frank. He was the cause of it all and Pat didn't betray Roy in the end, she came back and wanted to stay
@Jason toby this show has been down since 2011. The story lines were never the same and over the last decade they killed off too many iconic characters and it doesn't help that most of the show has centred around the Carters who are badly over rated
Jakey Jake. You’re spot on. Sadly Bryan Kirkwood was the one responsible for the start of the decline of Eastenders... killing off Pat was one of his many mistakes, too many short term decisions made to revive the viewing figures for the time being, without considering the long term impact. Something that has carried on under subsequent producers sadly and has killed what was a great show.
Stopped watching about 4 years ago. It peaked in the late 00s. Last good storylines were Heathers murder, syid and christians affair, max cheating on tanya with stacey and Lucys death. Since them.. Nothing worth talking about. Quality bad and it has gone too cheesy and predictable
You know the one thing I would have loved to have seen and I wish the writers would have done it. I would have loved to have seen Pat and Peggy run The Queen Vic together as partners would have been so much fun
The one thing you can say about Patrica Harris/Beale/Wicks/Butcher/Evans is she had some balls. Walking in to The Queen Vic knowing she was the talk of the square to have a drink thrown in her face by Peggy. Not only that but to have the brazen audacity to go behind the bar of Peggys pub and pour her own g&t and begin to slag off everyone. Pat may have mellowed a lot over the years but she still showed that hard and nasty side she had in the 80s
I remember this really well, it was the aftermath of Pat and Frank's affair. It's surreal that every character in the scene passed away in later years. Peggy (RIP Barbara Windsor), Pat, Roy, Barry and Mel.
Messylin she married a gangster and ended up getting herself into problem after problem. She was no heroine and now she's coming back and probably more drama.
it's very odd watching old EastEnders clips and realising how so many of the characters have died. The life expectancy on Albert Square has plummeted in recent decades
Peggy I will have a Gin and tonic please. Ok Pat 🥃😭 Peggy love I said Gin and tonic. Ok Pat😭🥃 no peg a Gin and tonic. Hang on Pat I got to change the barrel. Right Pat love what can I get you? Peggy Gin and tonic. Ok Love 🥃😭
0:39 - 0:40 Peggy throws a drink over Pat! 🍹😂😂 Oh peggy that's a total waste of a good G&T! Pat is right about 1 thing though: the rest of the walford residents, they're nothing but a bunch of hypocrites. Pat made a mistake, when she had an affair with her ex-husband Frank who was married to Peggy at the time. Yet most of the other residents have all made mistakes in their time. And all that they can do is give Pat the evil looks & judge her.
SmileyMT I think this was after Peggy found out about Pat and Frank’s affair. The aftermath to the whole “hope you all enjoyed the fireworks...goodnight!” Scene
Rebecca Power I think they staring at pat because of Pat had affair with frank while pat was with Roy and while frank was married to Peggy I think it something to do with that
Pam St Clement is remarkable! I've always loved her incredible acting talent.
Go on Pat, you stand your ground! She had balls of steel going back there after everything that happened
She didn't respect boundaries or people's feelings the way she behaved. Frank only wanted her for sex Roy genuinely loved her.
Yes, pat should stand her ground and then get thrown out of the Vic by the police in front of EVERYONE as she's trespassing.
What did happen?
@@michaelsinclair2731 This was after the reveal of her affair with Frank. He was the cause of it all and Pat didn't betray Roy in the end, she came back and wanted to stay
Television will never get better than this
"Get out of my pub" loved Peggy
Peggy and Pat were great also Frank was a star. This was when Eastenders was great to watch. Thank you for this film 👍🎤💖🌟
Keep watching EastEnders 😀😀
Why would you come to the pub where everyone hates you because you’ve been sleeping with the land lady’s fiancée!
definitely not. Wouldn't put myself through that humiliation. and respect boundaries
Patricia had some nerve!

Get out my pub rite now 😃😃😃😃
Whatever her faults I always respected Pat. She was tough but had a heart of gold.
Pat was probably a real looker in her younger days. She was just a battleaxe who had past it.
+Secret Guy she was sexy in this scene
@@chriswainwright185 sexy!! she looks like a bulldog in drag
@@Onmysheet I know this is two years old but she looked pretty damn good for her age on her first appearance in the 90s. Look it up.
I agree!!
The good days before Mick and Linds bored us all.
Pat was one of the last real cockneys ..... now it’s been infested with CHAVS like mick and lindaaah
@Jason toby this show has been down since 2011. The story lines were never the same and over the last decade they killed off too many iconic characters and it doesn't help that most of the show has centred around the Carters who are badly over rated
Jason toby mick and Linda are chavs - not like the real cockney characters we used to have
Love eastenders 😄 😄 😄 😄

The music makes this scene!
0:39 that smile from Peggy is so funny
Pat looked evil at the end. She used to scare me, as well as Lou Beale and Grant Mitchell.
Somewhere I can hear Sid James...Ah ha ha ha!!
R.I.P Barbara Windsor 😢
Love Eastenders 😃😃😃😃😃
As if there was only one place in the world to have a drink! 😅
Best "get out of my pub" ever.
Pat and Peggy were great.
so many men had Pat’s knickers off over the years
Eastenders sadly not the show it once was
Michael Keates Nowhere close to this standard anymore.
yes it is
No it's even better.
It’s not too bad now, but Peggy is always a better fit behind the bar than what Mick and Linda have been the last few years.

I love Peggy she's a fiery little firecracker
You know the one thing I would have loved to have seen and I wish the writers would have done it. I would have loved to have seen Pat and Peggy run The Queen Vic together as partners would have been so much fun
Always liked naughty side of Pat who came out fighting here and faced the music after the Frank affair.
A G & T please Mel 😂😂😂
Pat had some nerve Peggy should have battered her
Love Eastendrs 😃😃😃😃
It’s the fact that there’s barely any tonic left for that drink she has at the end. Pretty much sipping neat gin there Patricia 😂
The word iconic gets thrown around too much these days, but it applies in this case
They should just stop making new episodes and start from about 1998 and replay them all. Story lines are 100 times better.

Mel was a good heroine for the show after the departure of Tiff.
Messylin she married a gangster and ended up getting herself into problem after problem. She was no heroine and now she's coming back and probably more drama.
Pat, Peggy, Roy and Barry!! They’re all dead now
& Mel now too...heartbreaking.
it's very odd watching old EastEnders clips and realising how so many of the characters have died. The life expectancy on Albert Square has plummeted in recent decades
Mel, as well. Rent must cheap in Walford, as it has a lot of excessive deaths.
LEGENDS!!!!!
She has a point, the number of people in that pub who've cheated or hurt people, even their loved ones
Now can keep pat down and peggy was like a ferocious jack russel. The show was so good back then
