Yes, she seemed very professional and she seemed like she knew what she was talking about. The girl accusing her seems like a clout chaser…… Update: just seen the end it could’ve been a bad wig but who knows🤷🏽♀️ Also! I like the video concept and would love to see moreeeeee this was definitely entertaining
She blocked the client after being told she had a problem with her product and only unblocked her when she wanted to discuss things with her onlive, nothing about that was addressing it professionally.
The hair stylist should have following her mind and not done business with this girl. If she had so many concerns about the color of the wig WHY BUY IT?? THE CLIENT IS WRONG PERIOD!!
They are both wrong, and here's why. The stylist actually did sell a wig badly colored. However, the client had the opportunity to look at it and decide if it was good or bad( she clearly couldn't tell the difference) before paying. It's assumed that she was satisfied before paying. She worsened it by working on the hair herself before complaining. Any known business WILL NOT accept blame when there's been an extra intervention in the outcome of your purchase. To now add fuel to the fire, she took it to SM first b4 consulting her client, which does not show genuineness. I will agree with the stylist for refusing a refund.
oh no not toronto 😂 so many toronto stylists here are so thief tho. with that much money at risk i rather customize a wig myself so if anything goes wrong, it's my own fault. but in the stylists defense, there are some people who just want to cause pure problems to cover their ass. i kinda get the feeling the client messed up the wig trying to get brighter highlights. she fried the wig because the hair was already bleached. also depending on the grade of the hair it cant take a lot of processing.
The client was in the wrong because if it wasn’t what she wanted color wise she shouldn’t have inquired about it in the first place. Then to go look at it and still buy it was her choice she didn’t have to buy it. Even if the wig was bad she should have saw all those choppy pieces and bad bleach areas the 7 minutes she was looking at it but she still bought it.
I’m totaaaally on the stylist side. The minute the girl said that she bought the wig because “ she wanted to support the small black business” or something like that. I gave her the side eyes… her energy didn’t match her statement. And the whole balanciaga joke… I don’t know the stylist but maybe she has few complaints and that girl just wanted to have clout of the “worse” stylist. It’s a trend that I’ve seen on UA-cam with makeup artist. But… whatever. this whole story is sad. I truly hope the stylist fully recover from this and get compensated
From the first 5 mins of the client speaking I knew she was wrong and done dusty trying to scam the stylist. It is pure common sense if a person chemical alters the hair wether it be once or multiple times there is DAMAGE. If a PROFESSIONAL stylist is telling you NOT to color it and they won’t do it .. DONT DO IT . 3rd. Idgaf how someone is “pressuring” or “gaslighting” me if I don’t like the product IM NOT BUYING IT and she even tested the hair before she picked it up.. I’m not walking out the store if the hair was that crappy like she said
@@thewiginvestigator yes that was real dusty behavior … like regardless of the price of the wig if it’s been bleached and process adding more would damage it. It don’t matter if you got BEYONCÉ money .. bleach is bleach and chemicals is chemicals and who knows what or how she processed and washed and conditioned the hair
As a business owner that offer services to the world I can always sense a troubled customer and when I do I tell them to get somebody else to do it, I remember once I ignored it and took the money and can I tell you I regret it until this day because I ended up refunding the full amount which like $400 so I learned and never again did I ignore it. Also with some knowledge in hair processing adding that developer to the already bleached hair is over processing the already fragile hair, people need to remember it’s not attached to scalp no more so no nutrients is been sucked in so you gotta be very careful because if your own hair will start to break when you bleach it then what do you think will happen to some hair on tracks. There’s no way I’m gonna pull up to purchase a product and it’s a mess and because you got sweet mouth I end up buying it……uuuuum nope you lying
The hairstylist said first she sent pictures but then a video. Why would you have a problem with doing something you choose as a career. She lying as first she said the was being rude the messages did not show that at all. She gaslighting now and she is rude as hell to be a hairstylist.
AINT NO WAY IF YOU SAW THAT WIG LOOKING LIKE A PARTY CITY WIG WOULD YOU PURCHASE FOR 400 BUCKS. SHE INSISTED ON HER CHANGING THE COLORS IN THE MESSAGES. SHE BOUGHT THE WIG AND BECAME A KITCHEN BEAUTICIAN AND MESSED UP THE WIG. 😂😂😂😂😂
22:56 “I don’t want a full refund, just a partial.. I’d like at least $80 back” 😂😂😂 I knew when the client had the wig on in her videos what time type of time she was on. Smh lol
The minute I saw that video I new she was lying 🤥 I wouldn't buy a wig in that condition. I love ❤️ lace front wigs sometimes I even try to bleach them myself and make a mess.😮 some people are very dishonest
The wig was trash in her video. The business owner seems like a mean girl so I definitely understand how the chick felt nervous and wanted to hurry up and buy. The wig was definitely patchy
She said herself that she applied toner with a developer which can cause damage to hair. The ends on the wig didn't look fried in the pic she took when she received the wig prior to anything she did to it
The wig did not look good. Those highlights weren't great. So, I will say that the client was right about that even if she did damage it further with the toner. I will say the client was dead wrong for plopping the hair on her head like that. lol. That was hilarious. She was also very rude, and I don't feel there was any justification in going live before attempting to address the issue with the stylist.
Honestly it just seems like the stylist is grasping at straws, 1 moment shes trying to hide the fact she toned it but everyone in her live is telling her not to tell you she toned it, doesnt that mean she openly discussed it? When she wanted to talk to her, she messaged once and blocked her, then next she want to go on live with her to discuss the situation after she noticed she had 20k in her live. Toner and bleach do not give the same end results, as a so called professional she should be able to look and tell. The girl got the hair colored and cut else where, she clearly didnt like the bleach job she did.
I don't think there's a right or wrong I think its just more of a "situation" lol some parts of the wig were defienetly over bleached(stylist, the expert, said she did different times on purpose for the tones and she will not do more because she knows it won't work) the customer who orders wigs she never sees in person(online shopper), buys a $400 wig and wasn't finding what she was looking for through the stylist to begin with but kept pressing her and she has a fan base on tik tok... seems really odd. I shop online for wigs and don't like to waste money so idk why a person would( in person) accept that and not choose another wig or something. I see an intent from the customer to just go viral off of drama and a wig that was overpriced n overbleached but shouldn't have been altered or bought😮💨 lol lessons learnt🤷🏽♀️
Honestly the stylist can sue that woman for false accusations, deformation of character, and emotional destress … if I were the stylist… that would be my moment to the as PETTY AS PETTY CAN BE
I actually believe the hairstylist because she seems very genuine and is even addressing it professionally.
Yes, she seemed very professional and she seemed like she knew what she was talking about. The girl accusing her seems like a clout chaser……

The stylist is a manipulator and a scammer. She comes off as charming because she scams people
The hair stylist should have following her mind and not done business with this girl. If she had so many concerns about the color of the wig WHY BUY IT?? THE CLIENT IS WRONG PERIOD!!
Yup because all money ain't good money.

Did u see the way she had her wig sittin on her head like that 😂😂like girl please
And if she was a scam she wouldn’t show her face and information so that girl lied I believe the hair stylist
I can tell you one thing, with both these ladies being from Toronto. I’m sure they were both rude to each other 😂
😩🤣
Paying 400 for a bob is a scam. It’s not even a full lace wig. Smh
Exactly
The minute I saw that video I new she was lying 🤥 I wouldn't buy a wig in that condition. I love ❤️ lace front wigs sometimes I even try to bleach them myself and make a mess.😮 some people are very dishonest

Your makeup is soooo cute I was watching ur makeup I was like oooo yes queen

$400 for a wig.....NO!!!
A 14inch Bob wig at that. Like absolutely not 😩
