Flying a C-170B from California to Alaska | Day 1-Long Beach to Sacramento | Geoff Oliver

My friend Brett asked me to help fly his Cessna 170B from Long Beach, CA back to Anchorage, AK. This is the first day of the flight and we wanted to get to Richland, WA, but only made it to Sacramento due to a broken brake line.

How is Canada now that covid is over?? Is it hard to get permission to fly through?? Are they still requiring you have the shot for entry?? Can you tell us how much fuel y'all burnt on the trip?? And what was the highest price per gallon?? And where.

In April 2022 when we flew through, we still had to upload our shot card. But it was super easy to get through
