Pretty humble guy for someone that builds some of the most badass motors on the planet. By the way I liked the sbc he built for EM.

Why does this channel only have a little over 2,000 subscribers?? I’m surprised that it’s not 500K to 1M! Quite a gem of a channel you have going here 👍🏻

Drag racers always forget that at the end of the track they turn left, go up the return road and turn left to get back to the starting line... they just run much slower lap times.

Circle track racers forget if you don't make power, you're just out there driving in circles behind some other broke guy

How about race cars are built for the type of race as a purpose of their cars build and anything that doesn’t cater to going faster at doing it’s 1 purpose is counter productive especially in the upper echelon of competition. If you want a well rounded car then go get a supercar or hyper car but even then it ain’t going to be king of the drag strip same as a drag car will never be a street car that performs well in turning or hooking on the street without prep. Do you tell a soccer star to throw a foot ball like Tom Brady or visa versa, no 🤣. Just except that it’s irrelevant, the car is only measured based on the race parameters and everything else it does is not productive to the purpose based on the design of the car and with every mod you do it gets more select to those rules which equally takes away from every other purpose. It’s funny today people always want to eat their cake to. It doesn’t work this way.

Except at tracks that you turn right off the track then left to get to the pits

Tony's shop is about 10 mins away. It is really interesting to hear him talk. The success of his business tells he knows what he is doing. Proud to know Tony (thru having him do a 440 for me) and nice to see he does not appear to be aging!

@25:27 , the Dual Plug G3, it's so true , Lots of the G3 Tuners and GM guys tuning HEMI(S) try and run 28+ degrees , and get up set when they knock , G3(s) don not need more than 22-24 to make the same power per inch as the SBC or LS , big issue with the G3 is the limitation of valve lift.

I'm subscribed to horsepower depot and BES builds his engines........they make crazy horsepower especially running a stock Chevrolet intake and manifolds and running a small exhaust pipe for it's size. He's got the F.A.S.T stuff figured out for sure.

That small block nitrous engine he built fo Kye Kelly did pretty well against much larger blown engines .it seemed trouble free from what I saw in videos other than being out gunned size wise .
