The tóxic players exist in every Game, but in Battlefront, they scurry like rats, and all they do is ruin our games, trying to humiliate us as if they were the best players in the world ...

I think part of that is it's a lot easier to be toxic in Battlefront than it is in other games, because you don't need to be a highly skilled FPS player to do well.

If I remember correctly holding block with Luke and Vader in battlefront 1EA when someone throws a grenade at you they would deflect it with the force but in battlefront 2EA they don't for whatever reason. Plus shouldn't all saber heroes (minus grevious) have some sort of force aerial recovery back flip or something when they get knocked down? I mean Boba fett can aerial recover, not instantly but it defiantly made him both more survivalable vs saber heroes and more fun while our force wielders are just kinda fucked for no reason
Plus if people still think that's unfair during the flip you drain all your stamina and dodge charges so you can chose to wait to his the ground or recover right away. During the flip you'll be invincible and the duration is similar to a regular roll.
Iden just looks better with the helmet on. It's why I've never cared enough to buy the skin for her.

Sometimes you do have to run if you need to recover health and stamina quick, even if it means turning and running, but after you get that back, yeah, you should turn and fight.

most players are like that, the reason they get mad is just because you killed them. Even if you don't kill them they try to downplay you. Tell me if they are not frustrated, they get mad if you're good or if you're bad, they're suffering, they have a miserable life.

These types of players are the reason why I stopped playing altogether, and schoolwork was messing me up too, so I didn't remember how to play too. So I basically had no reason to play anymore.

The only thing I do to be toxic is turn my lightsaber on and off. The only reason I do this is because when somebody first did it to me it made my day but apparently it gets people really heated.

This game has the worst toxicity imo. So many times have I been 4v1 in HvV and then they all do the lightsaber thing. It just pisses me off because I know without their teammates to back them up, I could easily 1v1 any of em

You know what I also hate, I hate that when you use Rey’s Dash Strike, or try to run up to Darth Maul in ANY way, TOXIC players ALWAYS FREAKING use the Choke Hold and kill you. But when WE use Darth Maul, the Choke Hold doesn’t kill the players. And when you try to kill Leia, a player that plays as Luke CONSTANTLY notices you attacking Leia, and then he comes up and kills you. And DON’T get me STARTED with Boba Fett! His Jetpack ALONE is what makes him OP! You have to use either Han, Leia, Chewie, Lando, or even Finn to kill Boba Fett!
It’s ok man, they are everywhere, I was playing a boba and it was only lvl 36. So when I killed the max Anakin he switch to han and after he killed me, he emote and teabag. Plus after the game he sent me a msg saying I’m bullshit at the game

If you where playing hero showdown don’t pick blasters , for the last round you can play palpatine ,bb9e or bb8 to still have an honorable duel
@@andresfurious8302 in hero showdown I play mostly saber heroes but for hvv I use iden, grievous or Vader. For light side I use ani, kenobi and Finn

I’m glad I grew up with the classic stuff, like Republic Commando, Jedi Knight: Jedi Outcast/Academy, KOTOR, and the original battlefront games. I have no bad memories from any of those whatsoever.

@@tarrysubset8067 it wasnt so long ago that we had a thriving community of newcomers and those that were already good at the game. I think its just us now, the newcomers most likely left. im used to the shitty lobbys at this point with these sweats/tryhards/teams of 4 people in hvv. i usually have no choice but to leave or get spanked lmao. its literally star wars like is supposed to be unfair and thats okay, but then theres lag and other glitchy shit that happens all the time. it pushes people away and rightfully so. i love and hate this game and i know you feel the same way cause its true

During a match in hero showdown i found a phasma and a iden camper.
Iden was just spamming alternate fire at the two doors near her without even seeing us. JUST HOLDING THE DAMN ALTERNATE FIRE!

Did you know you can parry? When they attack you while blocking, while still holding block hit the attack button the second you hear the clash of your sabers, you will hit them without taking damage if done correctly.
Yeah I did thank you you can also do an unblockable attack with Grievous thrust surge I have been practicing that a lot recently and with Kylo's frenzy where more than the last attack breaks their defense

Why do you think that the explosive splash damage needs to be removed?? I don't understand lightsaber mains constantly portraying the blaster heros as either being broken or overpowered meanwhile main a hero type that has a distinct advantage in the game
Because the splash damage from them gets rid of health regeneration and destroys your health and they can spam it while you are running to them and if your halfway across the map and they drain your health then activate a shock you die really fast and if that was the case and I don’t want any lightsaber hero to have splash damage and the fact that you can’t block a energy bolt but can block any force attack is ridiculous in my opinion and makes zero sense

I was on that one map on Takodana in Hero Showdown where you’re in what seems to be the engine room of a ship fighting in close quarters, my teammate was a competent guy, though his first pick was BB9E which he wasn’t too good with, we were up against a Luke and a Rey. Terrifying combination because Rey’s confusion continued to mess me up which was what got my teammate wiped out, I was playing Maul but the moment those two beat my teammate, the two, mind you were level 100’s each set their sights on me and my previous tactic I used on a map on Felucia with Maul where I chipped away at their health over time until I killed one and then got the other by saying mobile, but being in a crowded environment didn’t suit that, and Rey’s Confusion ability inevitably got to me and ended up with my back turned, next round, me as Grievous as a level 34 and my guy in the 60’s. They were using Obi Wan and Yoda. As Grievous I lasted longer but because I’m more versed in his usage. Because I was used to dueling, I got beaten pretty quickly, and that time my teammate was literally beside me. Of course, the moment he died, the other guy focused his sights on me in the middle of fighting Obi Wan. There is nothing worse than disrespecting dueling and that is a fact. Especially when these are experienced players who’s monkey brains only think of ganking.

I don’t think a lot of that was a big deal. Vader running isn’t cool, but then he ran from Iden. He got pushed off, but he just pushed Vader off. Sure, maybe it was warranted, but you can expect escalation from the other side, or at least what they perceive to be reciprocation

I learned about this earlier today, I tried 2v2 out with a friend for the first time and got called toxic for 2v1ing. We just assumed we were supposed to use teamwork like in other multiplayer modes and 1v1ing would be for the 1v1 mode but guess not.
Edit: I thought there was a 1v1 mode but I was mistaken my bad :P
Well unfortunately there is no 1v1 for battlefront and it’s hero showdown where people go to duel to improve their skills and most people play with ransoms that don’t do anything so it is a little unfair sometimes but I don’t think just 2v1 is toxic on its own but it is just not cool to me but it’s all good since you clearly said you didn’t know and it doesn’t make you toxic it’s just not cool if you get what I’m saying

bro obi wan is crazy bad in pvp, I hate his play style in pvp cuz u have to constantly run away and heal which is very cowardly, his mind trick is ok but his charge leaves u open to all sorts of force abilities and the force push charges so slow that they just dodge out of it. In galactic or supremacy I would use him cuz he’s made for those modes.
