Hi My switch is funny connected with Wi-Fi but it won’t work even manually it doesn’t work
If it doesn't work manually it may be wired wrong or the internal parts of the switch are not working. The switch should work manually even without wifi or any connection. I would double check the wiring if that is good you may need to contact the vendor for replacement.
I skipped the breaker part and it still worked.

I think my switch is simply broken. I did a power reset to my bedroom and my switch still won’t connect. I have to replace my ceiling fan anyway since it’s getting old so I’ll be going with HomeKit this time.

ive already buy it for all my house 🏠
That was the only switch that has had the issue in the entire house so far and some I have had installed for 3 years and I've never had issues with them responding my Google Home setup, outside of this one that got disconnected last year.
