As an ESFP I would like to have Antonia in my pocket as an advisor. I feel like she covers my blind spots.

I appreciate this podcast as an Infj. I find creating habits of exercising & healthy eating is helpful for me. I may not have it all together, but I can cope!!

Hi guys, thanks as always for some insight. I’m an INFJ my life partner/ soul mate is an ESFP. Which can certainly make for an incongruous match sometimes lol. The love is certainly there as well as a lot of passion, so we manage. ;) I’m always looking for some ESFP understanding so I frequent MBTI sources pretty regularly. Anyway I just wanted to say that what extroverted sensing does for me is, yes exactly, remind me that not everything has to be complicated. Extroverted sensing reminds me of the value of now. Extroverted sensing helps me remember what fun it is to have fun. Those things are way on the back burner of introverted intuition.

It may not be laziness for some but helpful for those who need the help regarding just pushing buttons and getting what is needed. Those like me who recently had surgery on my ankle. Those like my mother who is crippled with arthritis. Those who are elderly and unable to get what they need. Those who are ill. It is very effective at helping people. Also those strapped for time who are already flying around doing things and just don't have the time nor energy to go and get what they need. So that too keep in mind Antonia. It can be very different under different circumstances. It like anything else however, can be abused. Much love from an ISFP fan.

I was wondering whether to listen to this episode or not because Extraverted Sensing is my 3 years old, so "not so important to me". Then I have realized, that just because I have a natural tendency to ignore it, it would be valuable to know something about it 😏 And, again, great episode! Thank you!

As an INTJ I try to engage my Se in the fourth slot to develop my relationship to the real world. Over the weekend I was in the passenger seat in an atv and lived in the moment of the driver driving fast and manouvering around corners on the forest trails doing doughnuts. It was an adrenaline rush and a good experience to strengthen my inferior function. 😊
