I’m a thru hiker, It’s so hard being gluten free and tree nut free, and a lot more expensive. I’ve resorted to dehydrating my own meals, I cook large batches and dehydrate them. Portioning them out and measuring calories and protein. That way I don’t need to carry any seasonings, I only carry olive oil in packets. Gluten free and free nut free ( no cross contamination) snacks I will buy but they’re very few. I think I will have to make my own snacks also.
That looks like it'll load up nice and small! Those Starkist chicken packs looks like a winner! And can never go wrong with itchyban! And those knorr rice packs are a go to for us as well! I'm not a coffee drinker but many people are very serious about their morning coffee on the trail. I drink tea, and I drink Yorkshire Gold because it's WAY worth it. A good cup of tea can fix a rainy day. It's a dime doing $20 worth of work.

thats great i want to do the PCT but wife not liking the idea i keep telling here i have done the Washington section sonly 5 months left

I don't drink much coffee or tea but I agree bring what you like neither are heavy. its just a example of a budget load out
I just had an idea.....what if after you make your oatmeal, you add a broken up nutrigrain bar for more flavor??? Sounds good to me lol

you could always do jerky or any dried meat
You can buy dehydrated ground beef, beef, chicken and pork.
