The best part of this is I can't imagine anyone else being Tim's rookie besides Lucy. The only one to challenge him right from the get go, which I think is why he respected her so much for it.
He’s had many rookies and while he did learn things from her, think it’s the other way around. Tim was the TO she needed at the start. Someone to push her out of her comfort zone
